Sheba, Oz sounds nice today. We were hot and humid and it rained. It never rains so I didn’t even check the weather before heading out for a few hours. I was lucky with the dentist and so grateful as it was my front tooth and very obvious. My husband was a little freaked out looking at me, or should I say more than usual. LOL. The office called me at 6:30am. how awesome is that?
The issue with appointments here for people who want Doctor appointments.

Oodie, You’re on to something about looking for a nest. My husband often checks the wood and replaces the outside wood. He sprayed around the house up roof top, that combined with the heat and humidity that day, must have sent the termites looking to re-home. Hopefully none are left but my guess is some may be on the walls somewhere. Hubs will find out or should I say his drill. and then we will decide to spot treat or tent. Hoping not to tent because it is an inconvenience as you mentioned. Hope you don’t get any!

Sounds like lots is going on with your quest to get your husband home. I asked the Dentist, are you talking about implants? and he said no. I just think he meant veneers so everything in front matches and looks pretty. Your husbands uppers sound very nice! Bet he loves to flash you his smile!

Sheba, it’s all good and even better my Dentist saw me early this morning and took care of me.
He is a good and quick dentist, and at heart a dental artist. He wants to improve an area in front for aesthetics but I want to keep my teeth in tact. Anyways I have time to think about it.
I love the post and completely agree. Some people thrive in conflict and create it, never makes sense to me.

I recall the dentist saying the work would last about 10 years so maybe that was correct.
I’ll hope to have an emergency visit to the Dentist tomorrow. Crazy.

Oodie, Thank you for your post with the bug advice. Our neighbors are pretty close here so it’s possible the work on their house impacted us in some way. They had an excellent contractor pulling out and replacing most of the exterior wood. We have been pretty lucky with our situation previously and had the house checked professionally but that was a while ago. It sounds like living in Fl you have a lot of bug and contractor experience. I sure hope your home revisions get done soon.

Sheba and Oodie, yah, I barely drink, and went out and bought 1 bottle white wine and one bottle red wine 🙂

Sheba, hubs came home today so he can deal with a solution now. I have lots of cleaning supplies and spray with bleach and I don’t care what wall or floor gets tainted from it. So far so good that I haven’t seen more today and surprisingly nothing is stained or messed up from my cleaning. You might say I was cleaning and spraying everywhere.
I went back for the slim Pickens pink rings and they are sold out. I have the blue and love them along with the blue bracelets. I might go back for the pink bracelets but then won’t have the rings to match. Maybe next summer? 🙂

Well, I was into a book last night, having a wonderful time in my quiet house. A bug flew on me; killed it, when it was back I did it again, and then again and oh my….
A huge number of termites were in my bedroom on the half moon shaped window above the sliding double doors, crawling on the wall and making it way over to me. It was disgusting. I was up until 4am cleaning, disinfecting, washing all my bedding, wiping everything down. floor to walls…. The good news is it seemed only in my room. I checked the entire house with high beam flashlights. My guess is the very high humidity and heat combined with my husband recently spraying with termite killer made them all run into the space there. Neighbor’s house was just tented and their patio was replaced along with much of the wood around the house. Yuch.

You do have an amazing collection of HD Jewelry. One tiny princess cut stone fell out of my bracelet already. The odd thing is it was missing for a few days and I found the tiny stone today. It seems fitted in and not pasted. I will try to fix myself. Guess my vacuuming is not up to par. 🙂

Yes, I caved…..

Sheba, that’s interesting your neighbor has another house. That would make me anxious as I would always be worried if it was ok. I’ve been home for water pipes bursting, in and outside and once when my husband was out of town, water started coming out of the garage wall that has a spout. I was so happy I figured out how to stop it.
Glad you were able to talk to her and that she plans to go back to Poland. I want to go back to one Museum and move in for about 1 week. You probably wont hear from me for a while this time next month.
