I also just wanted to quickly add that even without any coupon applied the first Flex-Payment would only be $9.99 (that includes the tax)! So, it’s even more odd that I was charged $17.99 for a payment. Usually, coupons are applied and deducted from all the Flex-Payments. Since my coupon was for $10.00 off, it would be divided up between the 5-payments (so $2.00 off each flex). I would pay the sales tax (plus any shipping) (*my item had free shipping*) upfront with my first flex. Also, I was charged an extra .50 cents…..which I would assume would be me being charged for the coupon that I used plus tax on that said coupon (very strange)($10.50 more than I should have been charged). Again, I’m assuming this is some weird sort of error / glitch. But just making customer service aware so that the issue can be fixed and I’ hopefully charged the correct amount for my Flex-Payment.

Just a follow up to this post: I unfortunately have received so many used items over the years! From the slippers posted above, that arrived covered in dog fur, scuffed up and dirty bottoms. To sheets that arrived full of someone’s hair (long stands of hair), full of snags, and sunflower seeds. Like someone was eating sunflower seeds in bed before they decided to return their unwashed sheets back to HSN. It was just such an odd thing to find! I’m still stumped by that one. And to top it off I had a pair of Bearpaw boots arrived clearly used. They had pebbles / rocks stuck in the bottoms of them, again dog fur on them and the grossest thing dog poop on the bottoms! As soon as I opened the box I got hit with that unpleasant odor. I’m just baffled at how some items get shipped out. Like does no one look at them before they are shipped out. I love shopping HSN and have purchased uncountable items over the years. But some items that I have gotten were just deplorable.

It seems like no orders are arriving by the date given at checkout. It’s so frustrating! My recent order was placed on December 23 and was supposed to arrive on or before January 1! Now it’s not scheduled to arrive until January 12. I’ve been ordering items online for more years than I would like to admit and never had anything take 20+ days to receive! Not even items that are ordered from a different country take this long to receive. I can only imagine how frustrating it would be to pay for expedited shipping and have the item arrive late!

Update: My order now has an updated scheduled delivery date of January 12! So, my order from December 23 with an initial delivery date of January 1, now won’t arrive until January 12. Which will make my order be 11 days past the delivery date given at checkout. Between taking longer than usual for HSN to ship my order + choosing “Ground Saver” shipping to finally ship the order, I may finally receive my item 20 some days after I placed my order. Being in a freezing cold state, the item that I purchased was very much needed to arrive on time! Not only angry and disappointed that my order would take this long to arrive. But upset with the lack of concern from HSN customer service. The customer service rep that I spoke with could have not seemed to care any less then she did and made no attempt to make the situation right. Something should have been done to rectify the situation. Instead, all I got was a response that said just wait another 11 days and if your item doesn’t arrive, we can give you a refund. Really disappointed! If you’re going to take so long to ship the item, then use a shipping provider that can deliver item in a timely manner.

Sorry, I also wanted to add that after contacting UPS the delay appears to all be because my package wasn’t given to them until 1/2! My order that was placed on 12/23 didn’t reach UPS until 1/2 (that’s when they finally took possession of the item). They said that since 12/27 they were notified that my package was on the way to them. But didn’t actually get the item until yesterday 1/2. (A day after it was supposed to be delivered per HSN). Basically, it took 10 days for HSN to get my package to UPS….then choose UPS ground saver as the shipping method (which is the slowest shipping available). With that method of shipping, it’s 10 days transit time. So once again thanks HSN for having me wait 20+ days to maybe? finally getting my much-needed package. Fingers crossed that within the next 9 days it makes its way to me!

Hi, Sorry just a quick follow up message that I forgot to add in my previous message. When I applied my promo code I did the 3 Flex-Pay payment option & it said that my first payment (with TAX) would be $12.26…. Yet my first payment was $15.33. My order total that I was charged was $41.95. The correct amount should have been $33.56 (with the tax included). $8.39 price discount with TREAT25 coupon applied ($7.99 plus tax = $8.39). Which I would like to be refunded! At checkout it showed all the correct pricing with the discount applied….yet once I submitted my order something happened and my discount vanished? Was absolutely shocked to receive my order confirmation email and see that I was charged full price. I’m 100% certain that I applied this discount to my order and verified it before submitting my order.

I’ve had nothing but bad luck with “As Is” items! Once purchased a pair of “As Is” Bearpaw boots and they arrived looking extremely used. There was mud (at least I hope it was mud) and pebbles stuck in the creases on the bottoms of them. Not clothes related…..but also once purchased a “As Is” sheet set, and it was all snagged and obviously slept on a bunch. Plus, it was covered in dog fur and oddly enough there was sunflower shells all folded up in the sheets. Yes, sunflower shells! So gross and such an odd thing to find with your just purchased sheet set.

Did you order the JOY memory foam pillows? If so, did they finally expand? I have been debating on ordering 2 of them. But after seeing this comment I’m a little apprehensive now. Just curious if you ended up liking them or not.

Did your items arrive okay? It’s been freezing cold here (currently negative 7 degrees F) and was way worse last week. There were a few beauty products that I wanted to order but have held off ordering until it warms up a bit. Afraid that they would arrive damaged from the cold. Hoping for double digit temperatures this week and being able to place my orders.

I have owned many Tracfones purchased through HSN and never seen any of them say they offer unlimited data. Unlimited data for a year + a new cellphone for that low of a price would be one heck of a deal! The 1-year service (365 days) just means that you get that long to use your 1500 Min/Text/Data that comes on the phone. For some that’s plenty of minutes for an entire year. But once the 1500 minutes run out more data has to be added to the phone.

If you use the return label from HSN it shouldn’t cost that much.! If it’s 5-pounds or less than it should be $7.95 & $9.95 if it’s over 5-pounds. What shipping label did you use that it cost $19.00?

Hi, Yes it’s correct now because I cancelled the original order & just repurchased the item. The second order the coupon code was successfully applied with no error. The order that your seeing is the second order that I placed. The original order was cancelled and should be shown under my cancelled orders page. But the issue has been resolved now, I was able to resolve it myself yesterday. Thanks

Is it past the estimated delivery date? Usually, your package will arrive by then or within a few days after the estimated delivery date. I think customer service said your order should arrive by 1/28. I have had orders take that long to process and then once they are shipped, they are delivered within a few days. Hoping that you get your order soon!

I’m not seeing the option to delete my post. There is no trash can icon that I’m seeing. Only a reply, report & spam option. It’s really odd. But if your able to remove any of my posts dealing with price adjustment requests those can be removed since they been resolved. Or even any other posts that are older can be deleted. I feel bad that I have posts clogging up the pages. Just not able to delete them myself. Thanks!

I think that processing & packing has just been taking a little longer. I order a ton from HSN and all of my recent orders usually take 4-5 days to ship out & about 9 days to arrive (after I placed the order). They usually always arrive by the estimated delivery date given at checkout. But I always get my orders.
