It is not a matter of being happy or not happy. Business is business. As long time customers, we have every right in the world to voice our opinions regarding a company that many of us have spent hundreds of dollars. If the viewers are not comfortable with the current way things are being presented, bringing that fact to their attention should provide good feedback for future presentations. I, for one, am not selfish. Not by any stretch of the imagination. When someone passes from this life, people often only remember the good and choose to forget any problems. That’s what is happening now. Even before the move, improvements needed to be made. The move seems to some like a death in the family when their favorite hosts chose not to make the move. I understand that and, eventually, people will settle. I still insist it is not the hosts. It is the products. More choices would be very much appreciated.

Sashara, don’t apologize. You are entitled to feel as you do, especially if you have spent $’s with HSN. I agree I don’t like the changes, but as noted above, HSN is a retailer. All retailers are having problems. Listen to news or read online. It seems everyday a retailer is closing its doors. I knew when HSN moved its production to PA, the hosts were going to change. QVC hosts are not the same and since they are moving into their facility, it makes sense that HSN hosts are going to be more like QVC hosts. They want to keep their jobs. It is going to be more competitive. That is not to say that QVC hosts are the be all and end all. They are not. Most of the good hosts on QVC are gone. My suggestion is to just evaluate the products. If you like what you see, buy it. If not, move on…just as if you were entering a brick and mortar store. If you enter a store and they do not have what you want, you move on to one that does.

Great news. I have clothes from their line from years ago that still look great today.

I did chuckle about the airport observation, but she does have right to express her own opinion, especially if she has spent a lot of money over the years. The whole change is a bit upsetting to long time customers. I, for one, think they will be swallowed up by QVC. The fact, is except for checking the TSV’s, I don’t much care with all the other avenues to shop. I have been a customer since 1989. Gone are the days of relying on the novelty of watching tv presentations. Most people don’t have the time. Most people want variety and I am not seeing that on either channel, when I do check in to see. When QVC first began you could trust the presentations to be what they said they were. I have things from my early purchases on QVC that have lasted decades. I don’t trust the presentations any longer. I buy what I absolutely know won’t disappoint. I don’t try anything new.
