I did not hear the comment. Any inappropriate comment regarding someone’s background is unacceptable. Regarding her products, I have used some of her products for years. The ones I use are fine. There are probably better products, I just need to research them. As far as her retiring, she will be doing her thing until they discontinue her line. If there was not a market for it, they would not have her on, I guess. Sorry you felt hurt by her remarks. I have been offended by other hosts. I just turn them off.

Shipping to my area has actually improved. It was never really bad, but since the move to PA, things arrive quicker.

Actually, I don’t think anyone is trying to drive HSN out of business. I think the long-time customers, such as myself, have expected and rec’d such great customer service and high quality from HSN. It is apparent to me and others that something has changed. I don’t buy much anymore and that is not by choice. Perhaps this is all part of the transition. I hope so.

Valerie announced on Instagram about working with Skip and Perlier. I miss Valerie. I hope she succeeds. Unfortunately, I missed her presentation. I look forward to many other shows with her. Her success will probably lie in large part to the hosts who work with her. Perhaps next time she will be paired with a better host and be able to shine thru.

I can see both points of view. Quite frankly, I can live without the cards and reading the glowing remarks. Personally, with all products, I tend to read the negative reviews. In a lot of cases, they are the most honest and may hit on something I need to know. On the other hand, they do have to fill the time up with something.

I cannot speak to CS since I have not had to communicate with them. I have noticed that shipping has much improved (at least for me) since the move. My orders arrive ahead of schedule in most cases.

I have stopped watching and, for the most part, stopped buying. It is not so much because of the hosts as much as it the product line up. The only thing I do daily is check the TSV.

I have used Andrew Lessman’s products for decades. Before his brand, I could not tolerate most vitamins. They made me sick. Unfortunately, I have to agree with the above statement. I really can no longer afford them. I have found a brand that I can tolerate. I will be moving over to them as I finish what I have left from Lessman’s brand. I have to admit, though. When I have taken my vitamins (lessman’s) to my eye doctor and regular physician, they were impressed with the ingredients. Impressed or not, if I can’t afford them, I can’t afford them. Too bad.

Another delivery arrived days before expected. Shipping times for my purchases have certainly improved. Great job.

Well said. I stopped any critique simply because I stopped watching. I have ordered once in a while (vitamins, cosmetics, etc.), but that’s it. Most of my orders are orders on auto delivery and trusted items. I miss the old HSN. Missing it will not bring it back. I stopped doing business with QVC years ago after many purchases. I got so very tired of some of the hosts coming across like they are so much more superior than the customers. Anyway, I continue to purchase what is on auto delivery thru HSN, but not taking a chance on anything new.

I understand what you are saying as I have medical issues, too. I have found other sites that are as good, if not better, concerning selection and prices. Try doing a little research and you may find sites that meet your needs. Hope it works out for you.

Sorry you feel that way with regards to where you live. I can only say where I live it is quite nice. May not stay that way, but for the time being, it is nice. Things are not always greener, if you understand. W. Chester has its pockets, too. I have lived in the Philadelphia area all my life ( and that is quite a few years without mentioning my age). I am sorry you feel as you do and I wish you well.

I beg to differ. Depending on the section of Philadelphia, as with any major city, there are some very nice sections. Whether I live in Philadelphia or not, no one should be calling anyone’s place of residence a toilet. Someone gets on here and complains any time there is a comment he/she considers offensive. Well, I consider that comment offensive and should be removed. If you don’t like Philadelphia, that is your option. Don’t put down the living areas of many people who purchase from QVC/HSN. By the way, I know W. Chester, too. Not all sections are lovely.
