I am so sorry you have not received your order. The items are being shipped from the vendor and not directly from an HSN warehouse which impacts the fulfillment process. There has been no movement since 12/1/2025. After 15 days if there has been no movement, we consider the order lost according to our policy and you will be eligible for a refund or replacement. I am so sorry there is a problem with item 901522 Sharif Legacy Bedazzled Strap Leather Crossbody Bags. That is not the experience we want you to have. Regrettably, the bags do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. The best course of action would be to take advantage of our Holiday return policy. “Most items purchased between September 19 and December 24 can be returned as long as the item is postmarked by January 31, 2026.” Please let me know if you need any return labels.
