I’m truly sorry it is taking so long to get these 2 orders canceled. There is a technical error with this item and the orders aren’t showing on the warehouse end for some reason. I am working with the warehouse to get this corrected so they can be canceled and the first flex payment for each can be refunded as soon as possible. The first flex payment for item 874850 was $4.67 and included tax. The partial refund is going back to your Visa, but there was not enough billed in the first flex payment to issue the entire refund since we do not issue price guarantees from tax, only from the purchase price. We do, however include the tax billed for the refunded amount. For this reason the remaining $0.83 of the refund is automatically issued to your Visa after the 2nd flex payment is billed.
