Can you please let us know what you were doing/accessing when this happened and what device/browser you used? For example, were you watching the show or making a purchase? Were you on a mobile device or a computer and was it Android, Apple, PC/Google Chrome, Safari, etc. This will help us get to the root of the cause and fix it.
