I am very sorry for the experience you’ve had with us recently @socialcircle. While I wish all of our items were part of our Easy Return program, sadly, many are not. I do see that we are working on getting your label out to you so that the item can be returned.

Hi @dco57, I appreciate you getting back to me, and I have set up a replacement order to be sent to you. You should receive it on or about 5/18. Go ahead and package the original bag up and you can return it at no cost to you with the return label it should have come with. If you need a label, you can print one out via your order status here on HSN.com.
