I wonder if your headache is due to the barometers pressure. I found that is what causes mine. Change of weather. Mine has been right every time. It definitely cannot be a sinus issue with all the rain you have had. A nice cold compress on the forehead also helps. I also do not eat anything chocolate. Also I stay away from onions.
