Well, I pulled a muscle in my leg yesterday so now I am shuffling around while I cough. Can’t go down the steps so living on one floor. I do not envy you with the migraine. They make everything feel worse. Let’s just lay back and chill until tomorrow morning. Lots of hugs to you and Poppy.🤗💖

Those headaches are gruesome. I contacted my physician when they were more than had ever experienced. I thought it may be happening due to the fall in January. Her response was a maybe since weather and dehydration could be the cause. It turned out tio be the barometric pressure.. I was actually feeling the storms before their arrival. Mostly, though, it seemed the humidity was the main source. I still will be tested to be on the safe side.
