Conversation 27

Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is number 27 out of the
series. I created and started this thread 10 years ago.😎🎈
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe. 🌹✨😎

Our hearts and thoughts go out to all who are preparing for another storm, including many of our HSN team members, as Hurricane Milton makes its way to Florida. To ensure the safety of our teams and the St. Petersburg campus, we have temporarily suspended our live broadcast. In the meantime, we’ve curated a new selection of pre-taped programming and Today’s Specials just for you on HSN TV, HSN2, and digital platforms for you to enjoy. We are deeply grateful to our Customer Service Team who are located in safe locations across the country, and who remain available via phone, online, and social, as always. Stay safe, everyone! 💙

Hubby told me I was too loud on how the players were grabbing each other. I told him
see ya. 😎I am upstairs where I can be loud as I want to. Games are meant to excite
you that let’s you know it’s a good Game. 🎈LOL!Hey I am a former cheerleader and that is what I was trained to do. 😎

Enjoy your evening and I am keeping all in Florida and Oodie/Xango in my prayers. 💕

I am so sorry how much can the State of Florida take? This is on every news channel
and I am talking local. This does not look good from the reports I am seeing.Oodie post when you leave your home and when you get to the school. Hey remember
they have adult RR for the teaching staff. 😎I would make sure I have all my important paper work and take a nice hot shower.
I just wish you did not have to go through this alone. I wonder how Xango and her husband
are doing? Please be safe and take care of yourself. 😘😎

You are going to need some tea with Manuka Honey just rest tonight.

Hope you had a chance to rest a little today from your busy weekend. I will be watching most of the game.🏈 Our game last night was delayed 1-1/2 hours because of thunderstorms.⛈
Meeting a friend who I haven’t seen in almost a year for lunch tomorrow. Looking forward to that. Going one day this week to help sis put mom’s patio furniture away. Rest of the week the usual chores.
Hope it’s a blowout tonight so you can be calm and stress-free.😊 Winning hugs to you and Poppy.🤗💖

Saying prayers for you and your husband and all who live in Florida.🙏 How much can one state take? Hope it dies down some, good luck.🤞

Just checked again with the Tampa news station. The storm is definitely a Category 5 with wind speed between 150mph-160mph. The good news is that it has moved slightly to the North and with the sheer factor and the High thrown in, it will probably be a Category 3 when it hits landfall.
I am approximately 10+ miles East of the ocean. It may still be a Category 3 when it arrives in my area, but the wind velocity could change, though that has not been discussed as yet. Our weather today has seen some sunshine and a few showers, nothing earth shattering. Temp is 79 and chance of showers is 70%. -
Milton is now a Category 5. There is a possibility for this storm to be downgraded because of wind sheer and a High coming in. The weather people said that the sheer and High is a strong one and will be able to downgrade this system to a 3 or maybe a 2. I cannot tell you how often I have checked on this system.
For now, it looks like I will be going to a Shelter which is an elementary school sometime tomorrow afternoon. This storm will hit sometime late morning or early afternoon on Wednesday.
Yes, I am worried and concerned. I already have a slight bit of damage to the peak on our roof. As luck would have it, the parts that came off were underneath the front of the van and one at the trunk. Both are safely put away (at least I hope so). All outside things that can cause damage are taken care of (I did this with the last storm almost two weeks ago). All bills are now paid. Laundry is now in the dryer (mostly hubby’s). Garbage was picked up just a few minutes ago. I will top the gas tank off before seeing hubby. As of right now, hubby is still at the rehab and nothing has been said about an evacuation. If he isn’t vacated, I may try to stay or return before the storm hits on Wednesday. Hubby had TV (satellite) throughout Helena.
The shelters, all 3, are Elementary Schools. Can you fathom that the “John” is down to the floor??? What were the storm people thinking????? Can you visualize people trying to use the restrooms??? The Grade level is Kindergarten through 5th Grade. Youwsa!!!! LOL
