Conversation 27
Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is number 27 out of the
series. I created and started this thread 10 years ago.😎🎈
I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎
I am going to wish Happy Holidays to all the Peeps out there and please
stay safe. 🌹✨😎

NATIONAL AESTHETICIAN DAY
On October 15, we shine the spotlight on the skincare professionals who keep us looking our best. It’s National Aesthetician Day!
With specialized training and personalized attention, aestheticians bring out the most radiant skin in each of us. Their knowledge and skills often go unrecognized and yet they deliver superior services every day in spas and medical clinics across the country. Addressing the complex needs of their clientele, aestheticians rejuvenate and polish even the most sensitive skin. They offer a variety of services and products to make your skin beautiful and healthy. Many services are paired with spa packages, but they can also be provided individually, too.

After carefully making sure we can do so safely, we are happy to share that we will officially resume broadcasting from our St. Petersburg, FL studios tonight at 8pm ET!
Our heartfelt thanks to our friends at QVC for allowing us to broadcast live from Studio Park. We also want to thank you for your understanding, kindness and words of encouragement as our teams faced back-to-back storms in our beloved community. Good morning Oodie this does my heart good to know you are alright. 💕😎
Oodie I will write more upstream. I am so glad things are coming together
for you and hubby the best thing is he get well and get home that way you
all can make some decisions on what path you want to take. 😎Oz was in the 30’s this morning hubby turned on the to take the chill off in the house.
I turned it off when he left for work. 😎 I prefer the fireplace out house is over 2,000
sq feet. I don’t need to heat every room many we don’t even use in the morning.Oodie due to extreme weather here in OZ it was in the 90’s Sunday and this morning we
are in the 30’s I have a cold I am sneezing all over. Hello Fall. 💕🎈 -
I had problems logging into HSN and that’s why no post for a couple of days.
The contractor for the roofs are doing a fantastic job. I am happy with this choice. There is no home untouched in our community. Everyone had some kind of damage in this storm and to think there may be another one on it’s way.
Spent a great deal of time with hubby these last few days. Poor guy, just like me, didn’t know how the other faired in this storm. It was more important to be together than to stay home and work. As it happened, yesterday, I met the weekend nurse supervisor and we had a nice chat. I mentioned about last week where I could not reach the rehab or the three sister rehabs in Orlando. All I wanted to do is to tell hubby I was OK and would see him on the return. Unfortunately, that never happened. I also brought up the eye glasses and have no idea what happened to them. I found out that I am well known there. Guess no one bothers to see their other half while they are somewhat incapacitated. Today I left just before 11 pm. Why, because I waited for the workers to leave and then made up for the lost time.
Our lights came on last night. As I returned home last night, I couldn’t help notice a light in our bedroom window. I no longer needed a battery operated lantern. What a good feeling. I guess it gave me a second wind and I was up until the wee hours of the morning. Awoke a couple of hours later to get the garbage out for today and to start cleaning out the refrigerator from almost a week’s worth of no electricity. Thank goodness we have another pickup on Thursday. I will be cleaning the frig and then will have fun shopping.
The Governor has given the green light for $10 worth of gas. You need to go to the various areas for that. I assume it’s not a fill-up station. Besides, for me it would be wasteful since the pickup areas are not near me. Plus I can find gas under $3 near home.
We are gradually picking up the pieces. A cold front is on it’s way. Today’s temp was not bad. We were in the mid 70s and mid 60s at night. The air is quality is good and no humidity, a blessing. Clean, fresh air, never felt so good. Someone took a picture after the storm was over. There were two rainbows in the sky. Life never felt so good.

Happy Columbus Day to you. You are right, good aromas from the slow cooker. Hubs walked in the kitchen yesterday and said it smells good. I told him if it doesn’t taste good, just stick your head in the pot.🤣 Plenty of leftovers for today.
Our weather is cool also, I’m not complaining. Not too busy a week but I think next week I have something almost every day. Feast or famine.🙄 Thanks to my bartender for all the beautiful drinks.🍹🍸
Enjoy your stew, have a nice evening, hugs to you and Poppy.🤗💖
