Good evening oh my what a trip. 🎈😎I like Prague Mozart lived there and one of my
favorite Videos with INXS was filmed there. This haunting city just beautiful. I love Poland
and Portugal in my next life I am going to be a real Wanderlust. 😘💕 The Video is
Never Tear Us Apart and if you pull the video up Michael Hutchance is doing a lot of walking.

I love your son was in control of the house and I know from my son exactly how he did things.
Hey at least the house was still standing. 💕😎

I am doing alright I had labs last week to twink some meds I am on. Hey in December my
Oncologist will release from a certain pill and I will be a happy camper. Hey I am blessed
to still have the girls I still wear my VS Bras. 💕 I lost a relative in TENN. I will leave it at that.

I think I told a ceiling fan and ceiling fell on my Aunt this is my father’s sister she too lives
in TENN she was sleep and it was a bad storm no worries she was not hurt and my cousin came
and got her and took her to another family member’s house. A lot is happening.

Taci we all missed you. Welcome home again. Hey it does not hurt to look HD has a 40%
sale on her entire site. Oops I did not mean to let that out.

I am sure you have more stories to tell about your trip. Taci when I left for Colorado this
Summer I went on the Amtrak so I do know a bit about trains. The best thing was being
served like a 4 star restaurant while going over rivers and into mountains. I had breakfast,
lunch and dinner. I had a roomette. Taci look on line and see some of the amazing trips
you can take right here I have my eye on some places where I have family I want to see. 💕
Taci I went first class and I loved it. 😎

Sheba, Hello! We are settling back into the house. My son managed it well with watering, and cutting the grass. He put the dishes away (from the dishwasher) but in different places which made me laugh. You know, glasses where the bowls were and so on. We were in Prague, Poland and Portugal. In Poland we took a day trip to where my Great Grandfather and Grandfather were from on my Dad’s side. It was a place I never expected to go. The trains are great for traveling as long as you can reserve a seat. We had to stand on the day trip (return) for 2.5 hours . It worked out and wasn’t too bad. Have you heard of the Play Elixir of Love?
How have you been?

Oodie, I’m glad the school was available for you and the rest. Then, you had some company and food so hopefully make the situation a bit easier. I’m glad you are ok with minimal damage. You know, I won’t be retiring to FL. haha. I;ll post about my vacation under SHeba’s post to me. 🙂

Welcome home and thank you for your kind thoughts. About three weeks prior to Helene we were inundated with a severe rainstorm that brought some drops into our den area. It seemed to be in the same spot from back to back storms about two years ago. Not wanting to contact the contractors from that time I went on line and found a network that came up with four plus names. Everyone contacted me, but one stood out. I contacted that roofer and he was here the next morning and gave me a price. He did a magnificent job and so when the next storm came I was prepared for water in the house. We were bone dry and everything looked good. Milton came about 10 days later and I hankered down in a middle school about 4 miles from home. There were over 4,000 in this school by Wednesday afternoon. I had stopped to get food for the two days or so, but none were needed because we were fed three meals/day. When we finally got the all clear to leave, I went home. No street lights were working. There was debris everywhere. Roofs were gone, homes were completely demolished. This was just 4 miles from our home. When I arrived, I found that our carport was hit, but it would be an easy fix. Then I went inside. Everything looked good as I went from room to room. On the way back I noticed more light than usual in our den and found no roof. The lanai was again totaled. However, there was no water anywhere. This was a wind event. I immediately contacted the roofer and he was here the next morning and took pictures. Saturday they were here all day and by the time I left to see hubby we had a roof. Not one house on our street remained unscathed. I figured it had to be a tornado. Saturday, the adjuster will be here. I am finding that the insurance company is turning everyone down and I assume the same for me. That company is also negating policies right and left. We heard rumors that they were almost bankrupt. But prior to the storm they said they were OK.. We lost power for five days and of course the frig had to be emptied. The roofer has some last minute things to do for us and then we are squared away. Thankfully we are both OK.

Now, tell us about that trip you took. Guess you were amazed on the food prices. It’s sticker shock for us also.

Good morning in S. California so sorry for sticker shock. I hope you had a wonderful
trip you and hubby.

OZ is in fall mode and the leaves are really falling. 😎 I put a few Halloween things
in the front yard. Hubby and I can get real creative with this and it’s fun to do.

Welcome back home. 🎈💕We all missed you. Taci you may need a day or two to
get things back in working order. How is your son?
