More L❤️VE …it’s yours to give and yours to be and yours to spread. Spread more light and more love…we sure do need it. Dr. Martin Luther Kings words remind us that hope and love are necessary to inspire a better tomorrow. We honor his legacy today. A little more ❤️ is always a good idea. -✨✨

Today, as we remember the work and the wisdom of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., we thank all those who are volunteering their time and their talents in his memory on this national day of service.

Hubs was on a clean up kick of his stuff today so i stayed out of his way. Dont want to slow him down.

“Dirty Dancing” is one of my favorite all time movies. However, when this movie came out and for a few years later I never realized that Jennifer Grey was related to Joel. Who would have known? Both are classics in so many ways. And how lucky I was to have seen Joel Grey live in “Cabaret” on Broadway.

We decided to celebrate my birthday either Monday or Tuesday since today was rain, wind and clouds. I do have a doctor appointment tomorrow and then it’s off to pick up some prescriptions for hubby and then some marketing at Aldi’s. Not sure what will be opened tomorrow or Tuesday for dining out.

We are Ok. The wind was howling during the night, but rain did not start until later. There were some tornadoes, but we were OK. I think the touchdowns were near Tampa, St. Pete, and Ft. Myers. It is still quite windy as I type. The temperature today did not go above 60. Tonight will be in the 50s. But tomorrow, 60s during the day, 40s at night. Ok it’s like spring here. But for some of us who have not returned North in sometime, the 40s are like your 20s. I do have tons of plants in our lanai and I moved them to our shed yesterday afternoon.

Again, thank you for the birthday wishes. I am and will always be “Younger than Springtime.”
Tomorrow there is a celebration for Betty White. Guess I will have to wait to see the programming elsewhere. I have no desire to be in a movie theater for an hour or more while this pandemic is hanging around. I will be getting my booster sometime this week.

Sorry sheba..got over my cold to now experience a migraine..two days worth.No trivia for me.I had stopped having migraines(a life long ailment) after going through menopause! 🥵 still have flashes at 69!! So it has been strange having a headache two days now..they will pass with bed rest and some meds.
I do want to send bday wishes to Miss Oodiebom,lovely lady that she is.Hoping the gift of good health follows her around this year💐🎂🍾💗 stay warm sheba,as best you can🔥dd;^)
