Hi. Guess you will have to move further South when the time comes. Tonight I went out for a bit and expected the temps to be real cold. But it wasn’t. I needed to pick up a prescription for hubby and then a stop at Aldi’s. Anyway, that’s getting away from the point I wish to make. When the weather turns to winter here, I dress in layers. For instance I may wear a short sleeve blouse or shirt and layer it with a summer sweater. If it’s real cold then I add a sweatshirt or a long sleeved wool jacket depending on what is needed. However, returning home and having having hot chocolate—WOW. 😀😀🍾

Good Evening. Totally surprised that the weather was warm and no jacket was needed for the doctor’s appointment. It went extremely well and now will not need to return for 4 months which will be my regular time. I needed to lose weight and so happy that it is still on a downward roll. We will celebrate either tomorrow or Wednesday. Just not sure if one of our favorites will be opened for take out. Most restaurants are closed on Mondays, but others use Tuesday.

As far as music goes, I like most everything. What I don’t like is loud and hard rock. I like to hear the lyrics and sometimes if good, love to go with the beat as I do housework. Broadway and Opera are my two favorites. However, listening to opera over the radio, not so much.

I’ve been watching and reading the news on various cruises. I am surprised that the Carnival lines are going ahead with plans. They did have quite a few with Covid which they have been downplaying. I would hate to be sick on a cruise, and being ill on t he last one was no fun. We confined ourselves to our stateroom and balcony for the whole trip. Just left at the end of a shift on the Lido deck when no one was around. I don’t think either of us wants to go through that again.

Good Evening to you. Thank you so much for your sweet wishes on my birthday. I think your hubby celebrated one last week. Hope you both did something real special to celebrate.

Didn’t celebrate yesterday since I had a doctor appointment this afternoon. Everything went well and somehow with all the holicay celebration I still managed to lose a few pounds. That was the best present ever. Thought I had gained. Was totally surprised.
