Thanks for the note on the necklace. It is not really my style, but the artistry is amazing. I love art in any shape and this is amazing. I also have her Eiffel Tower Necklace. I do not have that many pieces, but when I see something I like I either put it into favorites or purchase if the price is right. Both necklaces were on sale and on one not only on sale but a coupon as well. She is an amazing lady.

We have the lizards also in Florida. Actually, I think they are geckos. And yes, they scamper as soon as they see a foot or whatever. My husband always asks where the info is on the insurance whenever he sees one. It makes for a smile and a laugh. Yep, you would think they would carry an attache case just like the one on TV. But, I hate snakes and there are plenty in Florida. I try to stay out of their way as much as possible.

Have a great Mother’s Day. Hope it’s everything you enjoy and then some. And as far as Trivia goes, join us when you can. It’s difficult to concentrate when the stomach says it’s dinner time.

Good Evening. We did not venture out today. Last night we had a thunderstorm where the lightning started about an hour or so before the actual storm hit. It was a loud and boisterous evening not to mention early morning. Today we have had showers on and off. Not a good day to go shopping when parking spaces will be quite limited. Since we have doctor appointments on Monday, may do what we can either in between or after.

Our cable box stopped working a few days ago and contacted Spectrum. They will be here Thursday which should give me enough time to pack more things so they can work without the total mess. And you know the saying when it rains it pours. Well, the dishwasher isn’t working either. No lights. Nothing. After doing some searching, I was ready to contact the appliance repair person. But then it dawned on me. The faucet is a bit backward and may be the cause of the problem. I think he put the water hoses in the wrong area. The hot water goes back and the cold goes front. It has been reversed. I always thought that the dishwasher could heat the water if need be. But ours is a newer model that probably does not do that. I could probably change the hoses myself, but why bother when the plumber made the mistake. Anyway, I sent them an e-mail. Will probably get a phone message while we are out and about on Monday.

I went to mom’s earlier with a dozen roses🌹🌹🌹 and a bottle of wine🍾. Her and sis are doing a late breakfast tomorrow at the church. The four of us will go for lunch on Monday.

Our weather has been one downpour – all day/night yesterday and 3/4 of today.🌧 Flood warnings and mudslides. Anyone who has planted already should not have to water for at least a week. Next week looks beautiful, sunshine and around 80.🌞 Glad it will warm up for SIL being here.
