Hello Peeps time for a new Conversation Thread. This is
number 17 out of the series. I created and started this thread nearly 8 years
ago. I will change it often from now on. This is just a knock around
thread about things in life. My life and others. I am an avid Heidi
Daus Collector, former singer, model and so on. I do this thread because
I enjoy what I do. I love fashion and music and HSN is a little of both.
I cover a lot of music and fashion on this thread. ✨😎

Good Afternoon Sheba, how are you today. I liked Poppy’s tail wagging.
I had several deliveries today. Received some sheets sets from either then HSN. The ones I ordered from HSN is still in packing. 😄
Also received four Quilts, two king sized and two twin size. I washed all of the sheets and Quilts, making sure there was no problem with them.
We used the twin size to cover ourselves while on the sofa and chair. The air conditioning is cold when it blows on us. And if we lower it the house becomes hot.
I forgot to mention yesterday, the birds were all very beautiful. I always enjoys you page and all the beautiful pictures and songs.

  Hi xango. For the most part hubby and I are doing better. It dawned on me this afternoon that the cardiologist’s office closes between 12 pm and 3 pm on Fridays. I really hope that we will hear from the orthopedist early part of next week. If not, will make a phone call. Right now the plan is to see if the surgery can be scheduled sometime in May so we can head North the middle to end of June. Of course, Physical Therapy plays a big part in his recuperation. The doctor says it is at least a six week process and not to rush it. The first days following surgery, the phsical therapist comes to the house. I am trying desperately to get everything done so I can be a lady of leisure. I am also hoping to head to Brandon prior to everything. Still have tons to do and also need to make a stop at Lowe’s ASAP for some of our cleaning needs as well as some plants. I hope all is well with you two.

Happy the saline spray is working, sure hope it continues. If you don’t mind me asking, what spray are you using? My husband may be interested after your results.

Good afternoon to you. It is gorgeous in the ‘burgh today, bright sunshine🌞 and just the right temps. One more cold night and we should be good to go for planting.

We had a great lunch yesterday. Mom had one vodka and tonic and shuffled out of the restaurant, too funny.🥴 Going back to her house tomorrow for an early dinner before church. Ran around this morning doing errands. Our best friends just came back from Florida yesterday so we will be getting together one of these days after they get caught up. My husband’s sister from Georgia is flying here May 11th for six days so we will make plans for that week.

  Glad to help anyway I can. I have been doing research for several months now on the Eustachian Tube. I also looked at the surgery and for now, just do not want to deal with that. I first tried the over the counter nose sprays such as Nasacourt, Allerest, and others. They did some good for a day. But to take it often and everyday just didn’t sit right with me. I do not like being addicted to anything. I had no idea where to go or where to turn. I even spoke to some ENTS and they all recommended the surgery. However it does have a drawback in that it can fall out anytime thus necessitating more surgery. I decided to try Amazon. They have tons of reviews and it does make decision making a bit easier. I entered Eustachian Tube and it came up with several possibilities. The one I chose was Pressureze. I started with the children’s saline spray and yesterday tried the next step up. For me, it’s a slow process, but, it’s working. Who would have thought that a Saline solution could solve a problem. Best of all you can use it as many times in a day as you need to. And it’s NOT HABIT FORMING. If this can clean out those tubes without any problem, then Whoopi-Do. Anything not to have surgery is what I am hoping for. Tonight makes it one week since I started. I noticed some difference in the good ear by Sunday or Monday. Last night the big test was the sound on the TV. I was able to hear everything at a very low decibel but needed to put it up for hubby. The deaf ear last night could hear a very low dial tone on the phone (landline). Today I put the volume up as high as it would go and the hearing is better. I will be glad when I can put it down to the middle of the road. I hope your hubby decides to try this. The cost is similar to the other products but works better. I also do not hear the swishing noises in both ears or something that sounds like a motor running. It’s pretty quiet now and that really helps. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask.

Any space in which you find it easy to let go of stress and anxiety can become your landing pad. A basement or attic, spare room, or unused storage area, furnished with items that soothe you, can give you the privacy you need to unwind. If you appreciate the elements, you may find that spending time in a section of your garden or outdoor patio helps you release the day’s tensions. Preparing these spaces can be as easy as replacing clutter with a small selection of beautiful objects that put you in a relaxed frame of mind. Remember to consider noise and activity levels while choosing the site of your landing pad. If you know that ordinary human commotion will distract you from your purpose, look for a secluded spot.

The soft place to land that you create should inspire within you the mantra, “I can breathe here. I can relax here.
