All went fine with the cardiologist appointment. Echo was about the same as last year and there was a slight change with the prosthetic valve. Will have another echo in six months and see how it looks. May have to get a patch or new one down the road.🙄

It is very warm and humid and a lot of off and on thunderstorms today.🔥⛈ Looks that way for the next five days. Oh well, as long as no trees fall, I am good. Hope the rain is gone by next Thursday when my husband goes on his four day golf trip in Ohio.⛳😊 Have a fabulous birthday evening!✨💗✨

At 8 am our phone rang. It was the MRI radiologist calling to cancel our appointment. She wanted us to come in early tomorrow morning. We live about 45 minutes away if you make all the traffic lights and besides it’s a few days prior to surgery. Hubby needs to rest and enjoy the weekend. So the next date was Tuesday of next week the day of surgery. He should be able to be here on Saturday, the 12tj. The appointment is now the 20th and she was very displeased. Contacted the surgeon’s office and there is nothing from the neurologist. Called the neurologist’s office. It was now past noon and the office was closed for the weekend. Cannot fathom why there is a rush for the MRI when the neurologist clearly stated that we probably would not hear from them until after t he surgery. I am absolutely dumbfounded.

I will probably still be a little late for Trivia. Going to the Farmer’s Market and maybe have dinner out. It’s too early to put anything up. I do not expect to hear from xango. She has to be exhausted on less than 4 hours of sleep. I’m hoping the stent was all that was needed. She sent me a note at 12:30 am. Rainbows showing on the blank TV screen. Hope they work for her.

Gotta go. It is now thundering.

Our best friends are those who manage to love us through all of our transitions, as we do the same for them. We find ways to embrace and appreciate the differences that set us apart and offer love and support no matter what. We allow each other to be exactly as we are at a given moment, even as we allow each other to change over time. In this way, best friends sometimes feel like family. We know we will stick together regardless of where our individual paths lead.

We may be on the phone with our best friends every day, or we may not have spoken for a year, yet we know that our bond will be strong and immediate when we do connect. This bond ties us together even when we are apart and draws us blissfully back into the warm refuge of each other’s company when our paths bring us together again. AMEN! ✨✨

is coming into town and it’s her birthday too. Niece mother and family lives here. This is
