I am still taking care of Charlie the neighbors cat and this is how I would describe Charlie. 😘✨✨I have seen the Broadway Show of Cats many times and this is so Charlie. 💕💕

The greatest magicians have something to learn
From Mr. Mistoffelees’s conjuring turn
Presto!
And you’ll all say:
Oh! Well I never! Was there ever
A cat so clever as magical Mr. Mistoffelees!

He is quiet and small
He is black
From the ears to the tip of his tail
He can creep through the tiniest crack
He can walk on the narrowest rail
He can pick any card from a pack
He is equally cunning with dice
He is always decieving you into believing
That he’s only hunting for mice
He can play any trick with a cork
Or a spoon and a bit of fish paste
If you look for a knife or a fork
And you think it was merely misplaced
You have seen it one moment, and then it is gone!
But you find it next week lying out on the lawn!
And we all say:

His manner is vague and aloof
You would think there was nobody shyer
But his voice has been heard on the roof
When he was curled up by the fire

(At least we all heard that somebody purred)
Which is uncontestable proof
Of his singular magical powers
And I’ve known the family to call
Him in from the garden for hours
When he was asleep in the hall
And not long ago this phenomenal cat
Produced seven kittens right out of a hat!
And we all say:

How was your hybby’s first day on the new job? I bet he was exhausted by the time he returned home. The first day following surgery is always the hardest. And a new position to boot. What a great way to celebrate and then some.

Like you, I have my eye on the tropics. I have a feeling this will be a little larger than we thought or have been told. The models have it going to the outskirts of Cuba and then it will change direction to hit Florida. I think I read that Cuba is 60 miles from Key West or Naples. Don’t quote me on the mileage. We are about 45-50 miles South of Tampa which puts us between St. Pete and Sarasota. Starting tomorrow, just to be on the safe side, will be checking our Kindles and Cells and will start recharging as needed. I suspect we will lose our wifi connection and cable will be down. We do not drink the Florida water in our area. Bottled water is still in the car and may add some.

Hello and good afternoon to you.  I hope your mother and family are doing better.
Charlie knows where his true home is, and that’s with you where he is truly loved and well cared for.  
The gray cat that would spend the day with me enjoyed sleeping in all the chairs and sofas we acquired in Jacksonville.    
When we moved to Jacksonville in 2006 we purchased a model home.  And the entire house furnitured, we got a real good deal with the furniture. The gray cat loved sleeping in the big chairs that came with the house, big and wide chairs. He also liked sleeping in the guest room bed. 
This week marks 36 years of our marriage.  We will celebrate it tomorrow, going out for some fun and then dinner.   We have much to be grateful for,  our anniversary,  his successful surgery and now hubby has a new position in the VA.  While home recuperating he had two phone interviews, and got a new job.
Today hubby drove for the first time since his surgery, got a much need hair cut.  He looks real good, he lost weight and has a new hair cut😊.
Looks like we will be preparing ourselves on Monday and Tuesday for a hurricane coming our way.  Still far from Florida,  not sure where it will land.
