Good afternoon in the beautiful ‘burgh. Seems like more leaves are still falling.
I think I got most of them and will wait until the weekend to do more are having some
slight rain today.

Your trip sounds short and sweet. I hope you have a good time with your family.
How is your mother and sister doing? One thing for sure there are plenty of cooks in
the family. I hope your team wins this week.

Most importantly how is your husband doing I hope he did not get his friend’s cold.

Good morning in S. California. There is a question I want to ask you how long does
it take for your endorphins to kick in once you start your hike? When I start my brisk walk
my endorphins kick in around 30 minutes I wonder if that is the norm.

I enjoy looking at nature because I live near the woods. Taci it was reported that a starving
Coyote was in the area and had a rabbit hanging out of it’s mouth. I am keeping Poppy
in is Coyote gear just in case. Be careful when you hike the getting dark early is making
me change my routine as long as I can see the moon I am good in the evening. The morning
is when I really kick start the day with a nice brisk walk.

Good day on the Gulf Coast. I hope the contractors are busy doing your floors.

How are you and your husband today? I am cleaning and organizing things in this
house. I have a bags of goodies to go to charity. Oodie Wednesday already and tomorrow
is trash and recycle day so I am also getting that together.

Never a dull moment here in OZ. Let’s face it we all have to get things together.

Good afternoon in sunny Florida. Are you cooking for Thanksgiving or will you be
traveling? I will be baking next week I found my sweet potatoes on sale for .49 a pound
yesterday they were 1.49 a pound I will bake my pies and then freeze them.

I am making some pies for a couple of neighbors I know they will love it and I will wear
a mask as I cook.

Here is to a nice day for you. Oz is cloudy but alright. Those pesky leaves keep falling I like
the sun because you don’t want wet leaves in a lawn bag we are to have rain soon.

How about a little soup for lunch this is so good for you.
