Hi Sheba, You had sun, and our weather was nice and cool all day. My walk yesterday was a bit too late so the Moon was out while we finished up. So yup saw it. It was nice.
Hope the head colds are behind you now.
You have am impressive team of drs. Gosh, its been 2 years already. Hope you don’t worry too much about the upcoming appointments and hope it is all over soon.

My husband loved the cookies now hubby is like 5’11 and weight 139 pounds very
well built and he does not eat a lot of sugar he ate those Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
fresh out of the oven. I am 5’8 and have very long legs so I have been dancing around
in my family room just getting my energy back. 😘😎 I am so blessed to have my
health nice skin and hair no wrinkles I am not old enough yet. 😎 I am already taking
Biotin to take care of anything trying to creep up. I go for long walks every day and it
keeps my muscles firm and strong.

Taci has the right idea by hiking but she is in California and the possibilities are endless.
I have a great trail that I walk with some terrain I love when the endorphins kick in. 😜
That’s when I know I have done the right amount of exercise.

Good Afternoon Sheba, look at you feeling better and doing some yard work. I am so glad you are better. Oatmeal raisin is one of my favorite cookies. Made my mouth water as I read your post. My hubby came home so tired, he had dinner and now is taking a nap in his chair. I need to clean up in the kitchen and then if not to tired get in the shower and into my PJ’s.
