Hi Sheba, as I write this I am hoping you are tucked in a warm bed resting. I am sorry you and your husband are not feeling well. Be careful that head cold doesn’t turn into a full body cold.
Keep yourself warm Sheba and don’t get wet either outside. Keep drinking warm liquids, and having soups too. And the Alka seltzer cold will make you feel better. Take good care of you both, tell your hubby I wish he feels better too soon.

I’ve noticed you haven’t posted to me since this post on Nov. 4th, so I hope I didn’t say/do something to annoy you.
I lived in MO for 33 years, so I know all about that cold Midwest weather. I hope it warms up there soon, but winter is on the way.

Good evening. We were out and about this afternoon. Cloudy this morning that gave us some rain in the afternoon. Had to go out to pick up our meds from CVS and then on to Lowes. CVS was giving me a hard time on one of my meds. They said I had it so I turned the house upside down and then right side up to no avail. However, I just so happened to check the voice mail from last week and there was a message that told me they had my prescript and to pick it up any time. So, they filled it. We did capture a beautiful sunset before getting into the van. Colors were bright red and then some. Our cool front arrived.

Enjoyed last night’s trivia. Good showing even though we really didn’t have a game until the last question. You would think if they could put one question out that they could do the rest. Sorry, just my feeling.

I received the Manuka honey today. Never heard of this particular brand. As far as I can tell, they do not have their own website. I was just thinking that some tea with Manuka may make you feel better. This company does have other products, but the prices are a bit high. No, the other products are not on HSN thus far. My feeling is you can do much better at Costco. Their honey is 850+ and the price, though higher than the brand at HSN, it has more potency. Remember, I said, the higher the number the better it is and of course the more $$ you have to spend.

Yes, I am very tired. I did notice that I must have dozed at one point. Yes, I was at the computer. I did retire soon after the game was over. Well now must clean the kitchen and put things away. We have the men coming this week to redo the floors. I did order new flooring for the bathroom and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday. Yesterday came and went. No floor. Hopefully it will arrive while the men are here, If not they will return to finish the job. Tomorrow I will be packing everything on shelves and getting things off the floors. I tried to do this for the last couple of weeks but had my hands full. Take care of yourself and hubby. Get a good night’s rest. Good night. May you both have pleasant dreams.

Sheba, sorry you and cool hand Luke have his and hers head colds. Keep the soup warm and in hand. Have no doubt that you are a full on fashionista and with great taste. Great you live where you can wear those outfits. Laughing at myself, because I still buy sweaters but it’s 85 out here today. Its a warm spell for a few days. We will get cooler evenings eventually.
Going to walk shortly before it gets dark and buggy.

We have about the same temps as you and very breezy.🥶 I think all leaves will be down after this weekend. I decided this was a good weekend to make beef vegetable soup so that’s our dinner the next two days.🥣 I will freeze some containers.
