A Letter to Our Valued HSN Family
From Stacy Bowe, President, HSN Brand & US Merchandising
Dear HSN Family,
I hope this letter finds you well. As you may have heard, after 48 incredible years calling St. Petersburg, Florida home, HSN is embarking on a new adventure. We are relocating our operations to our corporate headquarters in West Chester, Pennsylvania, already home to our sister brand QVC. We will complete this move at the end of June.
Let me be clear: The HSN you know and love is not going anywhere. While our address is changing, the fun is here to stay. We will continue to take you on a journey, where you can embrace the new, celebrate your uniqueness, find special products that enrich your life, and of course, have tons of fun. We will continue to offer a lively, entertaining mix of hosts, celebrities and industry experts.
This move gives our team access to world-class studios and cutting-edge technology, so we can keep making your shopping experience better. We’re investing to bring you a wider variety of shows and videos in more places – including TV, social media, streaming, our own website and app, and others – more seamlessly than ever before.
Our most popular HSN programming will continue uninterrupted – we can’t wait to celebrate our 48th Birthday with you in just a few days, and we’ve got lots more fantastic events coming up! Many of our beloved hosts — Sarah Anderson, Debbie Denmon, Adam Freeman, Nicole Hickl, Tamara Hooks, Tina Jennings, Emily Lampa, Ty Mayberry, Callie Northagen, Suzanne Runyan, and Siaoming Wong — are making the journey with us to Pennsylvania, so you’ll see plenty of familiar faces, and we’ll introduce some new friends as well. Our commitment to bringing you innovative products, captivating content, and unforgettable moments is unwavering.
Thank you for being part of our HSN family. Your loyalty, enthusiasm, and trust have been the foundation of our success for nearly five decades. We can’t wait to continue this incredible journey with you from our new home. Here’s to the next chapter of the HSN story—one we’ll write together!
With gratitude and excitement,
Stacy Bowe

Thank You. Good luck with your Companies Future Plans . Been with you guys for 40 Years.
-
I have loved HSN from the beginning! Been with them since I was 24 years old and am now 72! First thing I purchased from them was a pan. I will be an avid shopper forever!
God Bless HSN… Jeannette Ray

-
I didn’t see Amy on the list of hosts making the move. So many will miss Amy and her Beauty Report.
-
yes
-
some are staying in florida but will be traveling back and forth.. others are entirely moving
-
I am so SAD too, she didn’t go – I wonder why? She was a doll – I hope she is featured somewhere in the Tampa Bay area,
or I’ll bump into her at the local malls! I did facebook message her to possibly have a girls day out spa day shopping spreee event and keep in touch with us – -
Totally agree with you about Amy, she is so sweet and so genuine. In reading the names of the HSN hosts that will be moving North I realized that I was not as familiar with them as I am with the QVC hosts. It was good to see that Callie will be moving; she and Amy are the best in my opinon.
-
-
I am a huge fan of Anna Griffin and her products. I hope that craft days, and Anna in particular, will continue to be part of the HSN story.
-
WHY???
-
Exactly. But I guess you gotta keep money in the big wig’s pockets. It may be if they quit sending the host from QVC everywhere around the world. Then maybe they would have some money. When was the last time you’ve seen a host from HSN go anywhere? Without the relocation Package, Severance Package, That they have to pay everybody.
But I guess.
It was too much to keep a building going In Saint Petersburg, Florida.. It’s sad for the ones who did not go, And models. And the brand ambassadors we’re all going to be losing pay. I wish them all.
Happiness and they’re next. Chapter of their lives. Shame on you the President and all the CEOs of Qurate. Yes HSN will survive But it will not be the same.. -
no it won’t
-
-
Hope all goes well with your move.
Please tell your “hosts” not to talk over each other and the guests they bring on to demo products. That habit is so annoying. You can leave Suzanne Runyan in Florida if she can’t keep from talking over people.-
That last sentence of your comment. You may feel that way, but it really wasn’t necessary at all. Kindness, grace…
-
Suzanne is the worst with talking over people and trying to show off, esp on craft days. I actually have to turn down the volume when she’s host a crafting time slot.
-
I agree 100%
-
The pot calling the kettle black dogging any host/hostess on a site they are simply doing their job(MANY of them talk over one another but again it’s part of their job), post was quite rude & Suzanne is doing what she gets paid to do.
-
Lol youve never met Susan Graver?
-
Or the most annoying Joy Mangano. I refuse to buy her products for that reason.
-
This am I tuned in HSN & Susan Graver was on, wasn’t intentional.
Countless times I have seen her presentations and listened & hard as I tried have never been able to get myself to actually place an order of anything she has produced.
Partly, the reason is the fabrics are presented as so ‘outstanding’ but I feel the PRICING is what is outstanding & is in no way commensurate as relates to her fabric. It is not that I can’t afford it but it I do not like it feel that I am being ripped off.
I am offended when the host announces to purchase NOW because the price is going up later. Pressure tactics are #1 offensive. Addition to that is telling viewers this is a sale price for a limited time, then the price is going up later. To begin with, the sale price is way over priced. Her product hyping is distasteful, turns me off. It is offensive. Not Critiquing her to help her push this merchandise.

-
So excited for you & me!
My family lives in West Chester PA. I visit often!!PS; the four seasons can be fun, (ie: Christmas & SNOW)
Good Luck

As much as you would like to sugar coat it, it will not be the same. It cannot be. The beloved hosts that are not making the move were the heart and soul of HSN. The ones that are coming to PA (and I live here) are, quite honestly, not the cream of the crop, for the most part. The issue is product development. If you don’t start presenting better products, move or no move, HSN will not be able to compete. Don’t mean to be a debbie downer, but this is how I see it. I have been a customer since 1989. I hope you prove me wrong.
-
100%
-
! ! !
-
I agree. I have already seen what you mean.
-
I agree with you 100%. I have been an HSN and HSN OUTLET shopper since 1990. So many super personalities as hosts in the past but the ones for the past 10 plus years will be so missed. Not to mention no more HSN Outlets in Hillsborough County. Barbara

I wish HSN luck as they relocate. I know the hosts moving there are good, obviously some have way more following than others. Many of them staying in FLA have that true likeability factor and could sell a telephone poll quite frankly – even some of the guests – they have a following as well and they have a “real” factor about them. As it’s been said before, north does have a different vibe. I will say that typically if it is a host I enjoy regardless of what they are selling I will watch (and buy!) but some that have shifted up north I applaud them for following career dreams, however simply said those are not ones that I will be adapting to, it is easy to see when someone is not really invested in a “product” and just rambling on and on, not ditzing anyone but you can tell when someone is real and when someone is not. Selling on tv is convincing people they need something, that is what got me hooked a good many years ago, all the best to everyone, i know you all are trying very hard and realize this was a corporate decision.

I am watching your last show with Bobbi Ray and Skip & Amanda now~ As a customer of both HSN & QVC for 30 years, I have so enjoyed watching & shopping with you! I have gotten to know some of your amazing hosts and after shopping these many years, I feel like we are family! I watched hsn awhile last nite and it already didnt feel the same. Jay King is my rock hound God and he did not seem his same ole self, nor did Adam. those two are so great together. I hope your not imposing a long list of do nots on everyone making the show feel like its being read. who needs that and wheres the nice models from the old set? qvc has there models turn and turn and around and around they go all the same like sheep, its too hard for me to watch so i dont, hsn is a differant place to shop or just have on for company when its someone nice. I will miss Helen the most and I know why you left her behind is the same reason I love her for that wonderful sence of humor and great smile. plus she is real not making up a story for every product to sell. then you keep a girl who is such a fake and rude to the guests but no need to mention names. hsn is not qvc and if you try to make it so you will lose many customers and many thousands of dollars like from people such as myself who has spent many thousands of$
-
Yes I agree.
-
I just can not believe how many hosts made the move to Pennsylvania, are they that well paid to make the sacrifice? It meant that whole families had to move, husbands, kids and pets . My husband would have fought me tooth and nails and not allowed me(I have an European husband ) to move . American man are so much easier to live with!
I am sure that many of the host will miss Florida . Pennsylvania’s weather can be nasty and very depressing. I wish them all well!

To all of the IMATURE people! Instead of you wishing HSN the best you are complaining! How do you think the staff, etc. feels reading these horrible words!
Do you know why the move? I DON’T THINK SO!!!!!!!!!!
Also, every new home, takes time to fall into a grove. OR DID YOU FORGET HOW THAT FEELS????
HOW SELFISH!!!!!!!!!!!!
GOOD LUCK & I WILL ALWAYS BE A CUSTOMER & welcome the New staff in my living room!“i”, NYC

I totally agree with your comments! Life goes on along with a new location! What do you think happens when any company moves, hires new people for that new location? Be happy for the company and employees whether old or new!
-
It is not a matter of being happy or not happy. Business is business. As long time customers, we have every right in the world to voice our opinions regarding a company that many of us have spent hundreds of dollars. If the viewers are not comfortable with the current way things are being presented, bringing that fact to their attention should provide good feedback for future presentations. I, for one, am not selfish. Not by any stretch of the imagination. When someone passes from this life, people often only remember the good and choose to forget any problems. That’s what is happening now. Even before the move, improvements needed to be made. The move seems to some like a death in the family when their favorite hosts chose not to make the move. I understand that and, eventually, people will settle. I still insist it is not the hosts. It is the products. More choices would be very much appreciated.

Agree!👍🏻

Hello… I am staying open minded to the move to PA. I admit, it is an adjustment. Things seem a bit off, but that’s to be expected at first, and the studio isn’t as pretty as HSN. Some of my favorite hosts are not making the move, but I understand the “why”. I am hoping that with the move, you can find models that compare to the Florida models. I buy as much as I buy because of the model’s size and personality. The personality of the model as well as the size does influence what I buy. I will miss Kenya, Angie, Cara, Patsy, Dagmara, and some of the others. If I can’t see what it looks like on a model that is close to my size or shape so that I know how it will look, it will make a difference in whether I buy or not. Good luck in this next chapter.

I’ve been with HSN for 29 years this July. I so appreciate this network and have enjoyed shopping for years with show hosts I’ve come to care about like family. I will truly miss those who are not going, but I’m happy for those who are going as well. I love how the models have changed over the years to reflect the many different women who watch HSN. This is indeed a new chapter and I wish everyone the best, those who are staying in Florida and those who are moving to PA. I will continue to watch and shop with HSN as I always have. I do hope the move will be a successful one and without event for each individual person who is moving. God bless you all and thank you for so many years of service and just plain fun and enjoyment.
-
Congrats HSN as you move forward
