They very seldom read on the community forum. Need to report it on the Customer Service Forum. They do read there. Hopefully they do report the problems that we report.

I hope the arcade team is at least reading this thread! The new games are pathetic. I cannot see me “living” in any of these games like I did Match & Merge and Sparks. ……..The tickets paid are are really low. Not even worth playing for that amount for the time it takes. At least raise the ticket amount. And fix the existing games!!!! Flip Out cannot even play a full game! The pictures show no picture with “IMAGE COMING SOON” as the picture. And the game locks up/freezes in the 3rd or 4th round sometimes the 1st round. I”ve had a request in to customer service for several weeks to contact the arcade team to fix this game, but even as of today …the removal of our favorite game day….Flip Out still does not work.

Mine freezes/locks up every single game…usually in the 3rd or 4th round occasionally in the 1st round. And have the pictures that is no picture and says “IMAGE COMING SOON” I’ve had a request in to customer service for several weeks, but here we are at the pathetic new game day and Flip Out still freezes/locks up. Not sure how anyone is able to even submit their low scores because as soon as it locks up, you cannot submit a score. Dont think the arcade team is going to fix this game.

@jollyjelly, it may not have been the Microsoft update. It was probably when they released these new games or thereabouts. I use a Chromebook which has a Chrome OS not Microsoft and my Flip Out game is all messed up. And many other players cannot play Flip Out either….shows “images coming soon rather than the correct pictures…and then freezes on the 3rd or 4th round. And it seemed to start when the new games were released. Seems when they release new games, they mess other things up and takes a long time to get it straightened out. I have an email in to the tech team but will try to send it through the customer service forum and see if the other customer service agent actually got it to them. Try to send your request to the customer service forum. Maybe if enough of us do they might see that there are problems! Make sure to put in your post what is happening to your game.

Just got an email reply from Cust. Serv. They will be forwarding the Flip Out problem to the arcade team. Dont know when we might get them resolved.

Looks like everyone is having problems. The high score for the day is 36,600 which means they are getting locked up also. I just sent an email but dont seem to have the arcade team email address anymore so not sure if the email will even make it to the arcade team. If I dont get a response by Monday or if it isnt fixed by Monday, will ask the mods on the customer service forum to send a note to the techs.

HSN_ANGELA, HERE IS A COPY OF A POST I MADE ON THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FORUM ABOUT FLIP OUT….AND AS HSN_KRISSY SAID ,,,,I HAD MADE OTHER POSTS BEFORE THIS ONE. THIS JUST HAPPENS TO BE THE FIRST TIME THEY PUT FLIP OUT AS GAME OF THE WEEK! THIS ONE WAS FROM 8/28/20!!!!! I dont know how to link so you will have to find it without that.
Please do not insult our intelligence and pretend that today is the first time anyone has heard of this problem!
I am using Chromebook, bought on HSN, and Fire tablets bought on HSN, and a Lenovo desktop with Windows. All had Flip Out working then they stopped.
Also do not say to clean cache and cookies. This is done regularly. Tooooo many players are having the same problems with Flip Out to be on our side…just look at the scores…top score should be 49,000,,,,but that cannot be reached due to the game freezing after 1, maybe 2, maybe 3 levels, sometimes the very last level.GAME OF THE WEEK HAS NOT WORKED IN MONTHS

I cant believe (or maybe I can) that you actually made game of the week FLIP OUT which has not worked in months maybe 6 months??? Pathetic! I complained about it several times, then many others have complained. And it still does not work. The game freezes, you cannot finish the game. Top score for this game is 49,000 but no one gets that score. Can your techs really not figure out how to fix it? Or have they even tried? I stopped playing games here when you took my favs away and when you wouldnt fix Flip Out. There are too many other sites to play at. I do check now and then to see if Flip Out has been fixed. I still have millions of tickets built up so I can still enter the alternate way. But its not worth the frustration of playing here or rather trying to play here. And its obvious that no one cares.Reply

FBN135, I would hope they realize that for every response that is posted, there are 100 or more people who do not respond but feel the same way. Any posts have got to show them everyone is interested in keeping the games. Either outcome, thanks for trying.

@taylor70, the arcade team does not read the messages here. THey havent for several years. You need to go to the help section of the arcade and go all the way down to the bottom and send email….it will go to customer service first, so be sure to tell what operating system you have, whether you have cleared cache, cookies, what exactly is happening. IF you gave them enough info then they will forward the message to the arcade team. I just got an email on FLip Out and they will be forwarding my and everyone elses problem with that game to the arcade team! Looks like they messed up a lot of the games recently.

Did you see that you can click the menu bar in the upper left corner of the game but only after the game starts.
