I hope you can help me. My account was closed several years ago but I still have $118.63 in spendable cash. When I have tried to use it all that came up was that I contact Customer Service which I tried to do many times, but I was told I would have to email corp. headquarters. The address they gave me was not working. I made numerous calls trying to get the problem resolved to no avail. This all started close to three years ago. In between I lost my husband due to a stroke, and I experienced a mental breakdown and everything was forgotten for a couple of years. I am now on the road to recovery and I would like to use the spendable cash which is still showing in my account. can you help me in this matter. Thank you, Susan Ifland
