And I’d like to add it makes me crazy when the DO have a petite top and the only thing petite is the length! A true petite has sleeve length adjusted too. I hate the misleading label. Again not worth the purchase.

I know Sometimes the representatives talk on a little bit, some more than others, and hosts have to move things along but she cuts people off and seems oblivious to the product representative talking about something. Many times I’m interested in what they are explaining.
It just comes off so rude.

The sizing charts, reviews, even item details have been missing randomly from items lately. It seems to be part of the website bug customers keep complaining about and HSN should already be aware of. In addition, the “header file error” continues to be an issue. Even signing in is a problem.
You are losing sales due to these problems and seem oblivious. Complaints are never addressed.
