You are right. You have the right to your opinion. I have no problem with people saying what they like or don’t like. Where I draw the line is if there are racist, sexist, and disrespectful comments about plus size people. Anyone can say what they want but my stance is be prepared for someone like me to push back on demeaning rhetoric.
I too am a long time HSN shopper. I grew up with HSN as my family were customers. My first purchase was back in the late 1990s. I have seen a lot of hosts over the years. I’m fine with the majority of hosts because no one is as bad in my opinion as Chris Scanlon was. I never went online and bashed her. I just changed the channel and never watched when she was on. This is why I don’t trip over the current hosts because in my mind I have seen worst.

Hi @beachbabe. I’m not a crafter but I’ve decluttered items for home renovations and overall organization of my home. The first thing I did was to make a checklist of what furniture and items needed to be moved. Then I started planning and scheduling time for when I needed to either move or uninstall furniture so I didn’t wait to do it last minute and get stressed about it.
Before uninstalling, I took pictures of how my furniture was installed and what screws were used so when renovations were done, I would know how to re-install the furniture and items back together. I focused on one piece of furniture at a time so that I would make sure all the parts and specific screws were together and labeled. I didn’t want to accidentally lose any pieces. I temporarily stored them in my garage or in another room in my house until renovations were completed.
Luckily I had a huge toolbox with all kinds of tools and screws to help me uninstall and re-install. If there was anything heavy that I couldn’t lift, I had family that helped me.
Sorry for the long post but I wanted to detail what I did to organize and prepare. Hope this helps!

This is a fair critique. I love HSN but they have over the past couple of years started really focusing on a few brands. I remember awhile back all I saw was G by Giuliana and then it was Nakery. I get that they want to highlight brands that will sell but I agree they need more variety. I’ve been giving HSN this feedback for awhile now. They need to showcase more designers and vendors. I do like that they have added Megan Renee, Byron Lars, Tineco, Wagner, Necessities, DiFerdinando handbags, and Dreamlounge pajamas but they need more. Even if some of these vendors and designers are camera shy and are uncomfortable selling on TV then give them a brand ambassador. There should be a lot more variety presented for customers to choose from.

Also want to add that I know the economy is not helping the situation as people are not buying as much but I’m hoping HSN can hang in there and turn it around because I don’t want them to fail and people to lose their jobs.

I like Nancy as well. She is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining Marla’s fashions and the Aetrex footwear.

I have ordered a few items from her line. I bought her faux denim double breasted belted jacket and it is a stunning piece. It’s beautiful. Love the material and the fit. I’ve also purchased a sweater, a black dress, and a few of her faux leather jackets that are still in great condition.

That is awesome news! I’ve been a fan of his fashions for years. I’ll definitely be watching. Thanks for the heads up!

What an offensive post. There is nothing sloppy about plus size models. People come in all shapes and sizes. As do customers who buy clothes. Not everyone is a size 2 or 4. The average woman is plus size so it’s important for models of all types to be represented. Its attitudes like yours as to why so many lack confidence in themselves and their looks. Thank you HSN for hiring a diverse group of models!

In Sarah’s defense, Sarah and Sam were asked to start the DG2 show 30 minutes earlier because the Ninja Slushie TS sold out. And because they went from a 2 hour to a 2.5 hour show, there were last minute items that were thrown into the show at the last minute so there was no time to prepare.
I thought Sarah did a really good job considering all the last-minute changes because she usually is very prepared for her shows.
Also, I noticed several hosts having a challenging time in the past couple of weeks where incorrect information was on their product cards or missing on their product cards and that is something Sarah dealt with on this airing and other hosts have been dealing with these challenges as well. Props to them!

Update- Sam just announced that the anniversary jackets are actually available now. They will be officially launching on tonight’s DG2 Fashion Friday show.

Tamara is one of my favorite hosts. She explains the products so well. She’s fabulous and I enjoy her Spotlight On Style shows. Can’t wait to see her anniversary show tomorrow.
Congratulations to Tamara on 20 years at HSN! What a tremendous milestone!!!

Are you asking about the jacket that was shown on DG2 Fashion Fridays? If so, it was a sneak peek. Sam and Sarah said it should be available by the May 15th show in 2 weeks.

This post is all kinds of wrong. Byron Lars is a famous and highly respected and accomplished fashion designer and has been for decades. He doesn’t design “stripper clothing”. I watched his debut shows with Sheila and their clothes were absolutely beautiful. Especially the lace bomber jacket and dress. That is fashion.
It’s fine to say you don’t like someone’s designs. But the stripper comment line is foul and disrespectful to these designers.

Yes the Midtone was the one that had the American flag and the flowers.

I recently purchased one of Megan Renee’s blazers. I love the fit, quality, and how her designs are so different. I was a customer of IMAN and Antthony as well and loved their unique fashions. Not happy they are gone. But I’m excited for Megan’s fashions and hope she stays with HSN for a long time.
