Hi Kittengirll😁
That’s good that you’re hiring out the job for the garage. Years ago, we did the same to our garage at our first house but we did the work ourselves. Drywalling a ceiling is a hard job. My neck was messed up for months. Yes, my Bear Dog is getting better and better each day. A friend contacted me about a 18 month old Yorkie today. I always had multiples so being down to one was an adjustment. However, Bear is old and it’s not fair to him at this point so we’ll wait. We fostered for our local Yorkie/Maltese rescue and Bear was our first foster baby 14 years ago. I failed fostering 101 because I couldn’t give him up. Bear is a Maltese. Now that I think about it, most of the dogs we fostered were Maltese. We fostered 2 Yorkies and a dozen Maltese as a foster home. I always cried for days when they went to their forever homes. I know, that’s the goal to find the perfect home, but I couldn’t help but get attached to each and every one. -

Thanks Sheba! Seems like I receive at least one to two emails a day from Heidi’s store announcing some type of sale. She has had some amazing deals lately. As you know, it’s definitely fun to build each suite. I wore her Siam Valentine Tuesday Treasure today, I forget the name but it’s a huge heart with a long black cord. I think of Taci every time I wear one of them. I know they were sold out when she tried to buy. I wish I could share.

Yes! And I am ready for the weekend. My fur baby is doing well. Praise the Lord! He is off all pain medicine and we go back for a follow up on Thursday. His 34 stitches will dissolve.
Sheba, yes, I am hosting Easter this year. 25 people. Ham and kielbasa are the main dishes. The table settings you posted are beautiful. I am loving the large dining room but it now seems that our house is the house for family holidays. That’s okay. Family and being together is what matters. Wish I could invite you all to join us.
Congratulations on your grand kitties, Kittengirl! My oldest son loves cats but we’ve always been a dog family. I almost said okay to a kitty when one showed up on our deck. We fed him and my son sat outside with him. He appeared at the same time for three days. We were worried about the cat and I told my son we’d set an appointment with our vet. Oldpixie suggested we put a cheap collar on the cat. We did and the next day the cat didn’t show up. Went for a walk and saw the cat sitting inside a window on the next block. It worked! They thought someone was claiming their cat! I worried because we do have coyotes and hopefully they’ll watch their kitty.

Thank you, Sheba ❤️
When my little Yorkie passed 2 years ago, I thought I was going to die. My Maltese and Yorkie were a bonded pair and my Maltese actually was depressed. We started what we call a new chapter which included taking him everywhere with us and daily hikes. It sure helped him through the grieving process and me too. Walking is good for the soul. My Maltese is too old to consider bringing in a puppy. It’s odd because we always had 3 dogs and going down to 1 was an adjustment. He is doing much better today. Still can’t get the pain pill down him but we are able to get the liquid pain medicine down him. We have two more syringes so we’ll see how he does when we run out. If he is in pain, i’ll Get more of the liquid medicine. Yes, I do watch WD. I know, Negan did some awful things but I think he has found his heart. I hope so.
