I also received “One of our best customers” emails about the shipping policy changing 6/1/23. If the item is defective or damaged, HSN will refund shipping charges. I don’t expect them to refund my shipping if I don’t like the item or the fit, or if I changed my mind. Frankly, I feel they have been very generous by refunding the initial shipping on all returns. They incurred the cost to ship the item to me. I should pay for the shipping when I don’t like the item. It’s fair.

There are lots of videos on YouTube along with patterns for adults and children. I like to sew so I had quite a bit of elastic in my sewing room. One of those things that I bought when it was on sale. So glad I did. My sisters and I donated quite a few masks and still making more. It feels good knowing we are helping in a small way.

The CDC recommendation is 60% ethanol or 70% isopropanol. Skinn’s new hand sanitizer IS EFFECTIVE with 62% ethyl alcohol and exceeds the CDC recommendation. I bought 2 sets.

No. From past experience I can tell you it’s very difficult to get the chemical smell out of black jeans. Once you think it’s out, you’ll get a whiff of it on a damp or hot day. Sorry.

Customers are complaining about slow shipping so I think this is their way to improve the shipping experience. Many of the retailers I shop with only give 20-30 minutes to cancel an order. Just make sure you really want the item before you place the order. I don’t think their policy is unreasonable.

I bought two Patricia Nash bags when she debuted on HSN. One bag arrived with the part of the front embellishment (metal) rattling around the box. The strap on the other bag broke within the 30 days return period. What upset me was the fact that I wanted to keep both bags since they were sold out and send them to Patricia’s warehouse for repairs because we were told there is a warranty. Left numerous messages, no response. Finally, 3 weeks later they responded on social media. Unacceptable customer service and I sent the bags back to HSN for a full refund. I believe the quality is compromised for a TS and not the same as what is sold in department stores. Regardless, the lack of a timely response has soured me on the brand. I own many Dooneys and the quality is excellent. I love them and they last forever. My favorite are still my Coach bags but I do buy D&B if it catches my eye.

I’ve used Nellie’s or Beekman’s for years and experience the same problem if I wash with cold water. In addition, some of our dark color clothes had white streaks. I switched to warm water and it solved the clumping and streaking. My washer has 6 temperature settings and I use the setting between cold and warm.

Why don’t you give yourself a cooling off period and only order when you intend to purchase the item? A retailer does not owe the consumer a cancellation time period when the consumer places the order via phone, internet, mail, etc. If I place the order and change my mind, I fully expect to pay return shipping. It’s my error not the retailer’s.

@maryf1962 It’s been a few years since Heidi made her pieces on HSN with all Swarovski Crystals. Now and then she’ll bring us a Swarovski Crystal piece but the majority are ‘Heidi Crystals’ or just crystals. I am a huge Heidi collector and notice the difference. In addition to the change in crystals, it seems like her metal has changed. The quality is not the bronze tone metal she is known for. I love my jewelry and Heidi pieces but I buy very few pieces from HSN. I want the quality pieces from 5+ years ago. I agree with the original poster about vendors cheapening their products for a lower price point on HSN.

You are so right, Wilddietta. People complained when he was on Evine about the shipping charge. Now that he is on HSN, people complain about the prices and rip apart his physical appearance. It’s sad to read some of the nasty, mean-spirited comments on various threads. I am not surprised though. There are a lot of miserable people in the world and misery loves company. On any given day, visit the community and most threads are complaints or beauty queens critiquing a host or vendors appearance. I rarely visit the community anymore because the negativity is too strong. I buy my Skinn products from HSN or his website. I don’t have an issue with the pricing. I think he brings us quality products at a fair price.

I agree, Mooncat3. I don’t like the zipper design. Beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Glad some like it, just not my style.
