Last nice day, going to be cold all week, 40’s for highs and 20’s for low.🥶 We had our spring in winter, now winter in spring.😕

Had a pretty lazy day, watched golf and hockey with hubs.🏌️‍♂️🏒 I did make a nice dinner of pork chops and asparagus.

Ran to the pharmacy this morning then stayed home the rest of the day. Did a few odds and ends in the house and made some coleslaw to go with fish sandwiches for dinner hubs picked up from the church. Another easy meal today, yay.

Good afternoon in Oz. Ran around all morning and afternoon with appointments and chores.🏃‍♀️ Then phone calls since I got home, not a spare moment today (except right now).

Another beautiful day but we will be getting your storm tomorrow.🌧 Sis hasn’t given me the “all clear” yet so still staying away. I think I will make a gourmet dinner – a bowl of cereal – since I’m tired.🥣 I did not miss Pi Day, brought home an apple crumb pie from the bakery.🥧 I’ll pour a glass of wine and relax tonight.🍷

Good Tuesday to you!😊 Sis took mom to the doc’s today for a follow-up visit. She has been coughing a lot so they did a chest x-ray – no pneumonia, yay! Sis still has the sniffles so I am still staying away.😕

Beautiful day in the ‘burgh.🌞 My neighbor was already churning up the soil for his garden. He starts a lot of his veggies right now indoors and replants when the frost is over. I think since Easter is early this year a lot of people will want to plant in April which is too early here. We’ve had frost on Mother’s Day.🥶 Our weather is very similar to Oz, spring one day, winter the next.

Hi in Oz. I thought there were some very lovely gowns last night.💃 I think it was last year that many of the ladies cantaloupes were ready to escape.😲 Seemed more classy yesterday and I actually made it to the end.

Cool, windy but the sun is shining bright.🌞 We should be around 70 mid-week. I know what clock I didn’t change; the one in my car since I didn’t go out yesterday.⏲ I wish we would just stay on DST.

Taking care of tasks around the house all day. Hockey team traded away my favorite player so I am boycotting the game this afternoon.😣 Going nowhere this season anyway so no big deal.

I didn’t know today was National Crab Meat day.🦀 I had crab cakes yesterday so celebrated a day early. Making pizza for dinner today.🍕

Good afternoon in Oz. Two beautiful, warm summer days here.🌞 Cooler the rest of the week.

I am doing okay, lower back hurts a little so taking some Tylenol and forging ahead. Just have to be careful – and I don’t know how this happened. Could have been getting off a stool, pushing the vacuum, reaching for something?😏

Mom and sis had a 3-1/2 hour delay because of weather and plane issues. Never got to the ‘burgh until 12:20 AM. Very long day at the airport.😣 But all is well, I will see them tomorrow.

Stay warm, I will be switching my tee shirt for a sweatshirt tomorrow. I feel sugar shock from that bite of cake!😲 Hugs to you and Poppy.🤗💖

The hockey game was fine last night until we fell apart in the last three minutes. Can’t understand how they play good for 57 minutes and totally get sloppy at the end.🙄 Another one tonight against a much better team than us.

Good afternoon to you. Did some running around yesterday and this morning – drug store, post office, grocery stores and liquor store.🏃‍♀️ I think I will take it easy this evening. Hubs stopped for some fish dinners from the church so no cooking, yay!🦐

Haven’t heard from mom and sis since last Sunday so I’m assuming all is well. Getting back this Sunday night, staying at a hotel near the airport where they parked the car and back to the house on Monday. 🏡

Our weekend sounds like yours. Hubs was already out the last two days spreading some moss out on the lawn. Yard work never ends, especially with trees all around.🌳🌲
