Sunny, crisp Saturday. Since my knee has been bothering me I stayed home today and did small pesky jobs. I would love to see Poppy in all those leaves.🍁🐶🍁 He probably had a ball just like kids. Heard my husband telling a neighbor how sick and tired he is doing leaves all these years.😝

Watching hockey now. I think I will make some hot chocolate to warm up.☕ I say this every year – not looking forward to the time change. Feels like bedtime at 5:00.😴

Happy Halloween!🎃 Enjoy seeing the kiddos that come to your house. Things have changed since I was young. I grew up in the city so we had may blocks of homes to visit. We would be out for hours, make pit stops back home to dump the bags and go back for some more. People would even invite us into their house to admire our outfits. There was no such thing as bad candy. Although I did hate the popcorn balls. Those were the days…..

Another near 80 day but a lot cooler tomorrow into the weekend. I hope your storm wasn’t real bad yesterday.⛈ Interesting info about the WNBA, they seem to be catching on and expanding. What a crazy World Series game last night, didn’t know who was going to win. Congrats to the Dodgers!⚾🏆

Neighbor across the road is in the hospital with a real bad case of the flu.🤧 He was just talking to my husband two days ago so keeping my fingers crossed.🤞

Happy Halloween eve to you.🎃 Another 78 degree day. I do not get any kids on Halloween. Our road is very dark and long with no sidewalks so it is not very safe. About a mile up the road is a big plan of homes all nestled together so that is perfect for the kids.

Air conditioner worked great all through the hot summer. Furnace has been on and off with the crazy temps but seems to work fine. Nothing to complain about.🤞

Hockey team stinks right now, maybe your good wishes will help them.😣😂

Welcome home! Sounds like a wonderful trip. Small world, I also had grandparents from Poland. If you’re like me, you probably need a week or two to rest from vacation. As I get older, it’s more relaxation and less running around.⛱🏃‍♀️ Glad you were able to see some beautiful countries.😊

Sis tested negative for covid (yay) and feels much better today. She said maybe it was just a weekend bug of some sort. She sounded fine on the phone.

Did some errands this morning and cleaned out my lingerie drawer.👙 Only eight more drawers to do, lol!

Another nice day, we may hit 80 on Halloween.🎃 That will be great for the kids, there have been many cold rainy/snowy ones in the past.

Sis got home this afternoon and she had a great time. Easy drive and she bought a number of things. Although she caught something being around hundreds of people.😤 She said she will take a covid test before she gets too close to mom. Depending on how she feels will determine if I need to help mom this week.

Good afternoon in Oz. Beautiful sunny Fall day, the leaves are never-ending.🍂🍁 I think my husband mulched four times already and they are only half down. I know I say this every year – next house will have two bushes, the end. I’ve looked at enough trees for a couple lifetimes.🌳

So funny how our menus match. Since it’s a little cool today, I think we will have clam chowder and biscuits for dinner.🥣 Warm up the innards.

I remember your brother liking the Raiders. Can’t root for them, KC all the way every week. I watched the World Series last night since hockey was lousy, what a memorable ending!⚾ For someone who doesn’t get into baseball, I really enjoyed the game.

Just back from mom Friday and it was busy. Ran her to the salon, then to Target and the grocery store.🏃‍♀️ I will give the knees a break this evening and kick back with a glass of something.🍷🍸☕ Hubs is putting together some bacon, egg and tomato sandwiches, apple pie for dessert.🥧

I hope your grill is alright, that must have been some hard winds pushing around. At least no trees are down……yet! So glad the kitties came to see their cat mom. I guess that’s why you are a Leo.😻🦁 You are a true animal lover like me.

Just heard from sis and she is at the hotel. Drive went well but took longer because lots of construction on the highways and byways. Happy she has a few days to herself.😊

I did not watch the whole game. They ended up losing in overtime so they still got one point which is better than none.😕
