I appreciate your quick response to my comment. I honestly have never had a bad experience with HSN CS in 42 years of shopping with you, so to get two in the same day, albeit very different, was odd and frustrating. I think the cancelling of the one product that I really wanted AND the fact that both of the CSR truly didn’t know what they could and couldn’t do…and had to have a customer guide them was kind of mind blowing. Neither were willing to listen to what I was telling them and both were (obviously) working from home, when they need onej on one guidance.
As for the $10 SK. Thank you. Not necessary but always welcomed. I am more concerned about your CSR getting trained correctly. Right now, they are following the horrible CS of QVC, not the great standards that HSN has always presented to me.
Thank you. I hope that these two CSR get their training that they desperately need. There truly is a problem when the customer knows more about their job than they do, and they are NOT in training and left on their own.
Good luck and thank you.

No, Lou is staying in FL. His old home had significant hurricane damage. He has a tv studio in FL that he runs that he broadcasts from when he isn’t in PA. He also has a Shop TV channel that he is starting up.

I get the feeling that Emily doesn’t really want the feedback. Because there has been a ton of it from the day she started hosting all the time (4 hours a day is too much to be subjected to hard sell and disingenuous and insincere phrases).

LOL! There is primping and there is Sarah Anderson “look at me, I’m the one here and I’m the only one that matters” primping.
She would be fine if she took it down about 10 notches, didn’t constantly blame everyone but herself when she makes a mistake (she actually DID blame the floor when she made a mistake speaking – something about her shoe snagged on something (the fake wood floor?). She would be fine if she realized that she is there ONLY to sell products, not model them (badly) when there are models to do just that job, she doesn’t need to raise her voice when things are selling well (alert – when Sarah’s voice raises, that’s when Hard Sell Sarah comes out to play).
Those are just a couple of the reasons I turn the channel when she’s on. I watched about 10 minutes yesterday to see if she had changed since she snagged the premiere show in the lineup. She has not.

Agree with you klersty. I will not watch mornings, regardless (ShopLC gets ALL my money) with Emily, Siaoming and if Sarah did the TS (where the overnight is shown over and over). Cannot wait til Callie gets back (hope Tracy is recovering well) and LesleyAnn starts on Monday. Michelle will be back for a few shows then she’s gone. Tamara has become a disappointment. I guess HSN not using her enough made her a bit quirky. She is constantly loud breathing and mumbling things like yeah, yes, ooh, while the vendor is speaking (so distracting and rude)
