Yes Nancy is refreshing….Marla’s Nepo daughter is not.

Some of these new models are awful.

Lovely and her voice and demeanor is nice.Doesn’t run her mouth like she has diarrhea. She is courteous and descriptive of the item she is presenting.

Infinity /Verizon is my network provider and this issue never occurred in the past.You keep saying you are fixing it but it’s continuing.

The video playbacks are still a mess. There is No video sound on products and this is an ongoing issue on QVC and HSN. They are now closed captioned silent videos when clicked on and this is killing sales.The problem is ongoing…

Ken was always the creative director. It’s considered private label and Christian is busy with his Signature collection and Couture brand. The brand is Christian but the design execution is done by the design team. That’s the way Design by real designers is done. If people think Brinkley,Smith and Fox actually design then the are naive.They are reps of these brandss with their name on the label.The clothes are created by design staff working for manufacturers that are making it happen behind the scenes.

Same on QVC-2 flex pay and I have to pass

Can’t get sound on playback videos on HSN and QVC.Losing sales if I can’t hear the hosts talking about the products.I need to hear their voices.Not sure but you are losing sales and customers because of this.

Come on Quarate…Kim Gravel aka overpriced garbage and all is marked up and too expensive.As for HSN..D level celebrities,old models , washed up E host, and a retired Charlie’s Angel from the 1970’s is not cutting it. I can solve your problems regarding the horrible product lines. I worked on Seventh Avenue for years there are Designers that you can collaborate with to produce fantastic product. Offer capsule collections that mean something. It’s not hard.

Yesterday’s Marla Wynne TSV jacket was substandard.She keeps pushing her daughter to the forefront.No personality and doesn’t know much.She let some members of her talented Design staff leave so she could bring in her daughter who needs to do something else with her time.
