I live in Arizona, so mid-April is way too late for me to order ChocoNuvo. It does harden in the refrigerator, but the squares are irregular. I agree, the monthly special price should be in March. I learned my lesson last year, and stocked up in the fall. I keep a stash in the freezer to last through the summer months.

Maximum Omegas were featured as a Monthly Special price in October, so I would not expect them to be a TSV in December, but I could be wrong. You can call the ProCaps office at 1-800-800-1200 and ask about upcoming TSVs. Hope that helps.

Mari33- I experienced the same problem, and the problem was finally resolved. I received the same email and it took about 4 weeks before I received the returned items back from HSN. I had previously called customer service when I first received the email and they told me to call back when I received the returned items. When I finally received the items, I called customer service again and asked to speak to a Supervisor. (Very important) I explained the situation to the Supervisor, and provided all the pertinent information, including the order numbers, purchase date, return date, and return shipping number. She explained there was a glitch in the system regarding the special 90 day return policy, and emailed me a pre-paid return shipping label. She said she would recode the items in the system to override the 30 day flag. I resealed the box, attached the shipping label and took the box to UPS. The good news is, the box arrived back to HSN within 7 days and I received my full refund within 3 days after that. I know it’s a headache, but follow these steps, and you will get your refund. Hope that helps.

Choconuvo is generally not available in the summer because the weather in most states is too hot to ship the product without melting. It should be available again in the fall.

Hi VINCP – I also have the rose quartz roller and I was curious about the cryo roller. I recently ordered the cryo roller to see for myself. I actually prefer the rose quartz, because it is cool to the touch even if I have not put it in the refrigerator. The cryo roller is a little heavier, but otherwise, they feel and act the same to me. I cannot justify the price of keeping the cryo roller, as I am quite happy with the rose quartz. I also wish they would explain the difference.

Hi xango – That’s funny. I love the taste of cilantro, and I don’t mind the smell of Clean Boss. I added a few drops of pure peppermint essential oil to the bottle, which makes the scent very refreshing. I also like the way it cleans.

Thank you frog4 for just a nice response. I purchased the 3-piece todays special in the Unscented, hoping that all 3 products would be unscented. I tried the elixir about a year ago, and I could not stand the smell. I am hoping the new radiant elixir has a more neutral smell.

Happy to help Mari & others. Let me alert you to another important point I forgot to mention. My refund was initially credited to my spendable cash account. I called customer service and told them I would prefer the refund be returned to my original method of payment (credit card). As you may know, if you purchase an item with spendable cash, you cannot get a second refund. Also, FYI -if you do have to return the items back to HSN & it is inconvenient, you can ask CS for a $5 credit to spendable cash for your troubles. I have been a customer for over 20 years and I am very pleased with HSN customer service. You have a great week as well.
