The Volumizing Cleansing Hair Treatment is my favorite Tweakd product. I have purchased several different scents over the years. A few years ago, Denis tweaked the formula a little bit for the newer scents. The newer formula is called “Lathering Treatment Masque”. Very similar to the old formula, but it lathers a little more. The consistency of the newer formula is a little less thick, but still like a pudding. I’m not sure what you mean when you say your original was clear?
I think HSN will continue to sell the original formula until the inventory is gone. I believe Denis is scheduled to be on during the Presidents Day weekend. Many products should be on sell then.

Update your credit card information with the new expiration date. Then call customer service and ask them to refund your spendable cash to the original method of payment. Hope that helps.

I seem to recall receiving an e-mail letter with the subject line something like “An Important Message from the HSN President/CEO”. It was quite a while ago.

I am sorry you are out $50. I order much less since this change took effect, and I try to wait for free shipping days. I also return multiple items in one box, because the maximum return shipping charge is $10, regardless of the weight of the box.

Thank you pookie123 for giving us a heads-up on this issue. I did not see the notification on my Chase statement. Now I will plan to use a different credit card for easy-pays in the future.

I just called Chase customer service. They said they will honor all HSN easy-pays established prior to Oct 10th. New easy-payment plans will not be accepted after Oct 10th for those vendors on the no-easy-pay list. Chase CS did clarify that automatic bill-pay with your insurance company or utility bills, for example, will continue as normal. I did not get a complete list of vendors who will be excluded from easy-pay. HTH

I have several different scents of the hair cleansing mask, All the various scents are cream-to-white colored, except one. The Special Anniversary edition Amber-Vanilla-Cremerie is a tan/cafe color. It works the same. Just curious, which one did you receive today that is coral colored?

I am watching the new Chaco Canyon representative, and she has mentioned the Native American artisans by name who crafted many of the items presented, and even showed pictures of the artisans. I agree, HSN should tell us what happened to Jennifer Juan, since she represented the company for so long.

I have the unflavored Whey Protein tagged in my HSN favorites, and I got a notice about 2 weeks ago that it was almost sold out. I ordered the Secure Vanilla Whey to try something new.

I agree. The Birkenstock width symbols can be a little confusing. I have a wide foot, so I am more comfortable in styles that have just the outline of the barefoot symbol (regular). I can wear the solid filled-in symbol (narrow), but I need to go up a size. They do not mention this distinction during the presentation, but they should. I suppose most people are medium width in a regular shoe, so they can wear narrow in Birkenstock comfortably.

Some people may not like Marla Wynne’s designs, but I have never been disappointed in the quality of her items. I believe Marla Wynne’s manufacturing standards are the best.
