I contacted customer service and was told I can return the slippers. The $9.95 return shipping cost would be waived. Thank goodness since the slippers were a whole $16.99. LOL. But not sure if it’s worth the hassle of driving them 25 miles to the nearest UPS / Shipping Center and then 25 miles back (50 mile round trip). If I didn’t live in basically the middle of nowhere a return wouldn’t be such a hassle. But it’s frustrating to have to go out of my way to return something that should never have been sold to a customer in the first place. Plus add trying to get a toddler in her car seat to do the return….it adds to the difficulty.

Hello, How do I get a price adjustment for a Tracfone that I purchased? It went from $199.99 to $189.99. So it’s $10.00 cheaper and it’s still within the month time frame to get a price adjustment.
