I hope you are correct. I recently received a box with 2 items in it. One was an expensive piece of clothing, the other had liquid in it. Sad to say, there wasn’t any stuffing in the package, and during shipping, the jar opened and leaked out. Why would they ship two disparate items in the same box? I called HSN and CS supervisor agreed with me. I received a refund.

Absolutely, need to check and double check all items, their descriptions and pricing. Does not feel trustworthy to me.

HSN, for several years I have not received the emails I signed up for, including TSVs. I changed my email address 6 weeks ago. Reentered my info to receive the emails I wanted, Still not working. Perhaps HSN is no longer sending them?

On another note, will the rewards be coming back?

I spoke to 2 different supervisors on 2 separate days and was told the same thing. So. If I pur hase 3 of these items on single ship, it is less money than 1 item on autoship. Perhaps they are trying to discourage people from purchasing autoship products? Whatever the reason for this change, it is adding up to many undesirable changes at HSN.
