I too will NEVER AGAIN order from HSN. I unfortunately ordered 2 pairs of shoes. Original order total for both was $97.94. I used the quick return label because it made it seem the returns would be around $7.50. They were shipped in one box and returned in the same box. I just had an email this morning that my account was credited for $76.99. I cannot believe I lost $20.99 JUST TO TRY ON TWO PAIR OF SHOES THAT WERE UNCOMFORTABLE. This is utter nonsense and why HSN (and QVC) have lost me and many others as customers. I will stick to brick-and-mortar stores, online stores with free shipping and returns or Amazon for my shopping needs. Amazon returns ARE FREE AND CONVENIENT. My account gets credited the same or next day. BYE BYE

Well, that is your loss. I use several of his products and they are excellent. I am in my early 70’s and his products are some of the best I have ever used in my whole life. I especially like the Mantle Milk, Resurfacing Pads, Neck Armour Redefining Serum, Divine Elixir Firming Algae Facial Oil and the TS Cream. The results are real and visible.
Dimitri- if you or your team read these posts: Please bring back the 1 oz. Divine Elixir Firming Algae Facial Oil. It is magnificent and the smell is intoxicating! -
I agree as well. I understand Colleen has given many good years to HSN. IMHO, she should either outright retire or make the effort to travel to Pennsylvania a few days a month to present her products. This one foot in the door and one foot out just isn’t working. I used to enjoy watching her but just cannot sit thru her latest shows since they are headquartered in PA.

I agree. The QVC hosts, many of them, are unwatchable. The behave like they are some kind of “influencers” and “stars”. Many of them have “lost the plot” as the saying goes. I always liked HSN and find myself watching more. I am willing to give the new hosts, models and production staff time to settle in and refine their presentations.
