Again this evening trying to live stream Doll 10 on my mobile HSN app and when I try to order an item I keep getting the message it doesn’t recognize item # and the stream comes and goes. So very frustrating when trying to see demos about products. Please fix this. As others have said this mobile app needs serious help. I’ve restarted cell and uninstalled/reinstalled and I am tired of doing that because that never helps. This happens way too frequently.

I usually don’t like to post because everyone has their own opinions. After reading these comments about DG2 sizing I am glad to know it is not just me who has been a long time customer of this brand and also have jeans in my closet from 12 to 16w. I always knew my size before and now it is a guessing game with multiple returns for sizing. Recently on one of the shows Sam said he has read the comments about sizing and he said nothing has changed at the sewing factories for how these are sewn. I don’t see how that can be, especially when you order more than one of the same style and they all fit different when tried on. Please remember why this brand was established. Yes, some of us are much older than others but the fit was always good before. If these comments are read by this brand I would like to comment or should I say make requests for two other suggestions. Please make more V neck tops and enough already with sequens on everything lately. Even the embroidery has sequens. I know it is popular now but not everyone wants it on most items shown lately.

Ok, I uninstalled and then reinstalled the HSN mobile app and then powered off and back on my cell phone. That did not correct issue. I have an Android Nokia smartphone. I truly don’t believe it is my phone. When you go to the program guide for a show that is not live there has always been a “watch now” option to watch a show you missed. That is no longer showing as an option on new shows from sometime Wednesday. Please check this out. Thanks. All other app functions are working as before.

I agree it would be nice to still have some Anthony designs. I’ve seen comments from others on some brands appearing to be older lady brands and need to appeal to the younger shoppers. We older ladies like to be stylish too and know good brands from experience. Maybe HSN should know and remember a lot of us “older” customers have been long time supporters of this company when it comes to some of these long time established brands. If you want to keep us as customers our opinions should be considered.

This has happened to me on a Coop item as well. The only fair thing to do is make sure during the presentations and in the online description that it clearly states customer must return at their own expense. If prepaid return shipping labels are included in most other products we’ve ordered, don’t expect us to think all orders would not include them. Also, orders always use to contain a UPS and a USPS label so we could return the most convenient way. A good bit of the time they no longer are included. Please always include or make a UPS online label available to print as the USPS is not as quick or dependable. One last comment on this, please tell the people packaging these orders to check the labels in the printers before sealing up the packages. Half the time if there is a return label it is either not legible from low ink or is cut off on the side of the label making it not able to be used.

I saw there was a product info link to click on but it came up blank every time I tried to pull it up. Something that important should be mentioned in the presentation and at the very least in the description.

I absolutely agree. I have items from years ago that last longer, look better, definitely fit better and cost less for better quality. Stuff sewn in China needs to stop as quality control is absent. Some of these designs and materials are ridiculous. Used to be able to buy my size from specific brand and it always fit. Now fit is a guessing game at our cost.
