Yes they do but the flex has not changed in months. Even on the Special of the day normally you get 5 or 6 flex payments and today on a mattress for example is only 3. So something has changed as both HSN and QVC both are not doing extended flex any longer. If you think your customers do not notice we do. I am sure loyal customers do check every day for the items and specials and we have not seen anything for months. Sad really for people who need the extra flex payments to make a large purchase. You are only hurting yourselves really.
