A recent order of mine took longer than necessary to arrive. However, for the majority of items, my orders arrive on time within the stated week or so. I live on the east coast so this may factor into the situation. I have stopped ordering from both channels for the most part because of shipping charges and the prices are not very competitive. It has to be something very unique for me to purchase.

Thank you. I have been saying this for years. Unfortunately, there are still many viewers who think that celebrity any thing is actually being overseen by the celebrity. I am sure that some of the celebrities maintain a level of control, but most of them do not.

I have been a member since 1989. I understand the frustration of long time buyers. It is a different culture and, speaking for myself, my tastes are quite different from that which is being presented today. In 1989 shopping modes were quite limited. Today, we can pretty much shop anywhere for the best prices and styles. To each his/her own, I guess.

I agree. I use to buy more clothing from HSN in the past, but have not in a very long time. QVC is no prize either. Yes, they may have more variety in vendors, but the prices are not competitive. I think both channels think it is 1983. We have choices. Any smart consumer will go where their monies are best spent.
