It’s bad enough they now charge $5.95 per item BUT HSN is also charging that on food! I absolutely love Davis’s Cookies and the $5.00 off $25.00 helped BUT that’s still $5.00 more than I would have paid because now HSN is charging $5.95 ON EVERYTING even FOOD!!! Wll I guess I am going to have to live wihout my beloved David’s Cookies. HSN pay attention! Wrong decision. I will also stop a lot of my purchases because RARELY will I reach $75.00 a day !

I have a Tracfone and love Tracfone but PLEASE HSN DO NOT let Shannon host a Tracfone show she did the midnight kickoff and the lack of information that was shared was because of her !

I think the exact opposite. HSN returns are prompt easy and they return the original shipping price. QVC ‘s both shipping and returns are ridiculously long. And you could grow old waiting for a credit and above all I have caught so many mistakes on my Q card, watch your charges!

I have been a QVC customer longer than an HSN customer so I’ve seen the decline in the Q, it’s pitiful, and customer service once the very best in the industry is gone! HSN prices on clothing are much better than QVC. And my personal pet peeve with the Q more times than I can count I have to write out my own return label. it’s NEVER been that way with HSN. I love HSN!!!
