I just checked my auto ship and I am set for OCTOBER! I could have canceled my current auto-ship and re-ordered on the last special. Not happy right now, but whatever. Lesson learned.

Agreed. I have started checking the country of origin in the product description. Trying to only buy made in the USA, but it’s not easy when shopping on TV.

So I return my item as instructed; PAID $16 to return; get a letter from HSN that I didn’t return the item. Made a call to them; they still don’t have the return info. LUCKILY, I used USPS TRACKING to make sure the item was returned and received. I gave the HSN representative the tracking number and she agreed that it was received based on the tracking info. Right away, my account was updated marked returned on the item.

MY QUESTION IS: WHY SHOULD I PAY $16.00 TO RETURN SOMETHING WHEN THE MISTAKE WAS IN SHIPPING? THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM!! No spendable kash for a regular customer? That’s terrible customer service. Sorry, but it is.

I have DG2 and Iman’s ponte pants. I like Iman’s better. They are a little heavier fabric than DG2, but the pairs that I received from DG2 both had crooked seams down the legs. I’m having terrible luck with DG2 lately! Give Iman’s a try if DG2 doesn’t have anything new coming…. good luck 🙂

I wish I would have seen your post before I just posted on DG2 jeggings…. I received mine with a HUGE bleach stain on the leg from the processing. I was so bummed AND I had to PAY to return them. I’m kinda over DG2.

I just purchased the PRAI Ageless Throat & Decolletage Night Creme in Special Edition Jar
731-963 and it’s on auto-ship. The jars are very pretty and all different. The first one was fabulous! I won’t go without my Prai!!! Love the line!

Fortunately, low funds is not the problem on this and I am grateful…..I did, however, notice after I read your post, I thought I would email customer service which I have in the past and to which I have received excellent responses. Can’t find the link to do that anymore. Guess they are over direct contact via the website.
