thanks. I mainly use my “older” phones as remotes for my fire tvs and roku attachments. I keep one next to my drums and one for when doing yard work, when it’s time to get some exercise. i figure if somehow I were to break one/them, i wouldn’t cry over it since now they’re just extras and fairly inexpensive. the phone that I’ve been sitting on since the summer is a tracfone samsung galaxy a16 5g with the 1500/1500/1.5 from amazon for $60. I hope they can keep this up for those of us who aren’t made of gold. might be leaving HSN/QVC. you can still potentially get the smaller phones on ebay. we used to have one that was the size of a large cigarette lighter and was definitely easier in the pocket but have gotten spoiled over the small tvs that we carry with us today. good luck.

I had thought about using my existing phone with all the add-ons but my phone will no longer be receiving any updates as of january 2027, so I just went with a new one. I’ve never had any major problems with tracfone, like how I’ve read in some reviews but if there was any question, customer support has always been helpful. just takes a little patience, it usually works out in the end.

I was that one guy who tried holding out as long as possible before getting a cellphone. I recently started up just a few years back and I have to admit, they are very helpful. I knew to go with tracfone and found out about the HSN/QVC deals. I prefer samsung over the other brands but that’s just a personal choice. I’ve been buying one yearly because of the bundle and re-purpose the phones when done, I have yet to recycle any. all these comments that I’ve read are making me apprehensive about starting up the latest phone that I’ve been sitting on for a few months now. I think though that even with a little headache, I am glad that I can keep a phone for under $100 yearly.

I guess it’s alot easier for someone to complain, than it is to find personal solutions to make things right for themselves.

aside from all the negativity, it helps to go about life understanding that nobody’s perfect.

not that we should all go around policing everything that’s written or said but at least in daily life, don’t be a part of the problem and just be nice.

it goes beyond just complaining to HSN about their business practices. there have been attacks on hosts/guests/models physical appearance. I actually just found out not too long ago that HSN had a community forum. unfortunately, I’ve already read attacks on plus-size models, a hosts hair and basically calling a guest ugly. this is the part that we should all be concerned with or at least you would think.
