    I submitted a request for an exchange for one of the many pans I purchased bc the bottom got very dark and the non stick wore away and was basically fluffed off. I was told darkening is not covered in the 1 year warranty, never addressing the non stick wearing off and food sticking. Now my year “warranty” has expired and zero response to my issue.
    I am extremely disappointed in HSN and Curtis stones customer service. I have spent over $400 on products and I can’t get a replacement pan for the only one that had a problem. I live the products but a defective one should be addressed. Poor customer service!!!
