It’s interesting, because HSN cancelled the autoship, while on her website it was still available.
of course, now, it’s only single ship available.

HSN Sales and Marketing department think, that Charging $5.95 shipping per item or Free shipping once we hit $75.00 in 24hrs, will generate more money. Wrong!
In the way they’re right, but HSN will LOSE money, because they’re LOSING customers.
Not just new customers, but also many of us who’s been shopping for many years.Hosts been trained to make it sound like a promotion but forgetting that most People will NOT Spend $75 every single day, just to get free shipping!! Endless it’s a bigger purchase.
They were generating more sales when free shipping was an option.
Especially now, more people just like to get 1 or 2 item a day or maybe in one week.
Most of us will not pay $5.95 shipping on maybe a $20 item.In time, they’ll realize that was a terrible sale tactic. Then it’s going to be to late.
Nobody, including myself, don’t like this change.
Everything has changed with HSN.
Including but not limited to shipping time, receiving credit for Received returned items.
I had to call after 2 weeks to get my refund.With Amazon, I either get my order the same day or within two days. if I return something, I get the refund notification e-mail on the first scan.
HSN, time has changed, all of my friends, neighbors that I referred to HSN, They all stopped shopping here.

Guess what?? after 4 days, I still didn’t get the credit. So, I just called CS AGAIN, Senior supervisor said I’m sorry, but I can’t do anything about the system error. I applied your credit; it should show 24-72 hours.
Well, the first supervisor I talked to on 1/12/23, told me the same thing, yet nothing happened, and I had to call again.Hsn is charging for an item, the day you purchase, not when it’s shipped. /per CC statement/
So, I have to wait 7 days or more, for my credit, just because of the system error. Yet, they’re charging at DOP.
Hsn don’t care anymore!!! not like before.
HSN SHOULD REMEMBER THIS: IT’S EASY TO SELL, BUT KEEPING THE CUSTOMERS IS THE KEY TO A SUCCESFULL SALES ORGANIZATION

OMG, I’m also so. so done with HSN.
Just put in my cart 2 item with applying my spendable kash and 20% off coupon. I checked and calculated the total amount that was showing, and it was correct.
Then I clicked on submit order and guess what????? The system took off my spendable kash amount and my 20% off coupon.
I immediately called CS/supervisor and the supervisor said I’m sorry, she tried to apply the total discount to one of the orders, but she said the system showing its processing. It’ll adjust the amount after midnight. if not, please call back on monday, then we’ll credit your account.
Well, before CS applied the discount, I was able to see it immediately, once I refreshed my system.I guess we just really have to check what is the hsn system does and how much it is charging us.
I’m sick and tired of checking and spending time calling then have to explain my self about the situation.
Burrr. I guess after 20 some years finally I come to the end about all the problems I have with this firm.
Besides, I saw Korres, beekman 1802 and several other brands in stores for much less than hsn is charging.
OH, BUT THEY ALWAYS SAY, THIS IS EXLUSIVE TO HSN!! I don’t think so.I’m so upset and angry.

I agree, I’m also an antique customer for Andrew and between my husband and I we take about 15 different vitamins from him.
But yes, now we’re both on a fixed retirement income and this is very hard.
I know, AL vitamins does work, and I know everything in price is up, but we have to start to find other source, because is not affordable anymore.Andrew should have at least a senior discount with verification to help the older generation who really need these vitamins.

on 10/07/2017 the CQ10 600 capsules I paid, $169.90. now, for 100 less capsules, $30 more.
Unfortunately, it’s time for us to find another source, even that maybe they don’t add additional vitamins.
Sorry Andrew, Your Products are EXCELLENT, BUT not affordable for the older Generation, who’s on a fixed income.

gerril952 is correct. Ceylon Cinnamon is more expensive.

Ceylon, or “true cinnamon,” is native to Sri Lanka and southern parts of India”I also take a whole bunch of supplements from Andrew, but not the cinnamon, I did use Andrews
cinnamon, but not after I did my research.Andrews supplements works, maybe I should research all of his supplements.
We all spend a “lots and lots” of money for his supplement, I know it’s good, but maybe, just maybe that’s less expensive alternative out there. -
I’m also a long-time customer here. Every single time I call CS, they tell me it’s a little bit a delay at their warehouse. Items I ordered on Jun 17, 21, still in Packaging.
I’m also very tired of this.
I guess it’s only HSN with issues, as I ordered from QVC, item HSN don’t have, they shipped the second day. Ordered from Andrew L. shipped NEXT DAY.
Plus, on my return, I had to call after 7 days, as it was still not refunded, nor showed returned.
Plus, another 5 days to actually get a refund.
I’ll stay with Amazon as I get my orders next day or in 2 days and refund is immediate. -
