    I started having the same problem a few months ago. Now it’s very frequent. I’m on a Macbook pro using Firefox. The problem persists on other browsers, including Safari and Chrome. Even if I sign out and sign back in I get the same “Sign in to confirm you’re not a bot” message, — when I’m signed in. Meanwhile I’m sure actual AI is not encountering this ridiculous problem. Please fix this tech glitch. Or allow customers to view product videos that don’t utilize Youtube video player. Thank you.

    I purchase the majority of things I buy on HSN. Over a day ago I took the time to write and submit a detailed 5 star review of the Bellezza Bronze 2″ Hoop Earrings. It still has not been posted. There are no reviews at all for this item. Is there a reason why my review was not posted? It’s insulting to ask customers to write reviews and then not post them. If my review is not posted it will serve as a strong deterrent against my spending my time and effort writing reviews for HSN in the future.

    I also uistalled and re-installed, as well as turned my i-phone 7 off and on.

    I am having this problem now, on May 5, 2021. The HSN app continues to crash. Sometimes it crashes immediately, sometimes it happens when I hit ‘log in’, or ‘shop’, but it always crashes within 5-10 seconds. I’ve been trying to place an order and obviously cannot until this glitch is resolved. I’m on an i-Phone 7 and have had absolutely no issues with any other apps.
