This is not the update I want to give, but I saw the crossbody return to the site and nothing has changed. I sent another extensive report to advise it needs to be resolved. I wish I had more to share, but I did not want you to think you were being ignored. Based on the inventory I see in our internal system and now back on the website, none of the metallic colors are available, and for some reason as I was writing the email it appears it was once again aired with this wrong information. Your frustration is completely warranted, but I hope my email has the video and description updated to reflect the colors still available as they are not the metallic variants.

I checked on this item and see it has been temporarily removed from the website. The department that manages updates is likely backed up with requests, but has not notified us of an update. The item is still available by phone and I have documented your account with the issue and added a credit to cover the shipping cost if you call to order. The colors available are indeed Purple, Leopard, and Peacock. All other colors were sold out. I’m sorry again for the inconvenience.

I’m sorry to get back to you so late. I was able to look into this and although it is no longer available on our website, it can still be ordered by phone. Having said that, the last show featuring this item was in late 2025 and it is not marked as a Today’s Special internally. There are shipping price changes in the history of this item, but no price changes.

I couldn’t find the order on your account to make sure it was reported, skippie16, we want every order to be perfect. It sounds like the warehouse stocked the sizes incorrectly as opposed to just pulling the wrong item on the original order. Although I couldn’t find it, I sincerely hope any future orders are flawless.

I’m sorry your Bullseye Blower was canceled. This item was provided by an outside partner that promised us a certain number of items from their inventory, then could not fulfill all of the orders promised. We never want these things to happen, but sometimes it is out of our control. I wish I had better news or a way to fulfill the item. I hope you find something that works just as well and exceeds your expectations.

I’m sorry CELEBRATE43 did not work for you, Keep in mind, coupons often exclude items in categories like clearance, Today’s Specials, footwear, gaming, and electronics. An item with a red price or free shipping on a promotion will likely reject coupons as items discounted greater than the coupon value will default to the sale discount as opposed to removing it to apply the lower coupon discount. But if the item is eligible and the coupon will not apply, customer service will be happy to report the error AND apply the coupon manually for you. Also, full refunds are only issued if the item is damaged or defective and you contact customer service to let us know so we can waive return shipping and document the issue. Otherwise, shipping charges are not refunded. I’m sorry I don’t have better news in regard to these refunds.

I’m sorry the coupon details were not available when you looked. If you receive the coupon via email the details should be at the bottom, or any coupon listed on our website will have a “details” link that advises the coupon rules. Our marketing team will occasionally also issue coupons that can be found under “Coupons & Kash” in the account menu when signed into hsn.com. I hope this helps, and I’m sorry again.

I’m sorry we don’t have any Nellie’s products offered at this time on our website. I checked internally and do not have any confirmation that they are discontinued, or we won’t be carrying them in the future, but I hope they’ll be back. I’m sorry I can’t say for certain.

Selected footwear is excluded from all coupons and this includes Birkenstock, Clarks, and a few other brands, I’m sorry. Certain brands like Dyson, Arrow Sewing, Bose, etc will not allow coupons on their items as they are price controlled.
