Hi @brat9031. I wasn’t able to locate an account for you under this nickname. If you ordered as a guest, you wouldn’t be able to see the order as normal either. Please check your bank and see if you’ve been charged. If you do see a charge but no order number is listed, you can call customer service at 1-800-933-2887 with the card number used and they can search for the order that way.

I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble checking out, @petitecharm. I looked into this and I see you have multiple accounts created with us that is causing the issue. @kitty12lover I’m sorry to hear that you’re having trouble with this. I spent some time looking into this for you and I found that you’re unable to see and review multiple orders because you checked out as a guest. It’s possible your browser was signed out and you didn’t realize, it can be hard to tell with auto fill features. You can only access orders in your account if you were fully signed in before checking out. Customer service can merge these orders all together at 1-800-933-2887 if you’d like, we’re unable to do it here for security reasons.

We always offer every flexpay the option to be moved out up to 30 days. I see you have two items on flexpay currently, did you want both moved out 30 days?
