@lucas64, you are correct that our specifications mentioned that the printer you purchased comes with up to 2 years of ink, which you should have received along with your printer. However, I did not see anywhere where it mentioned that this printer qualifies for the instant Ink plan. If you still have access to the video, picture, or post mentioning this, please share it with us, and we’ll be happy to further look into it.

I’m sorry to hear that the wheels on your luggage are no longer working properly, @pat5874. I see that this luggage came with a manufacturer’s 5-year limited warranty, but since it was purchased in 2017, the warranty has expired.
